哇！ 這間公寓超乾淨、可愛！ 它也很可愛！床很舒服，浴室很寬敞，客廳/廚房區域很棒！ 整個公寓佈置得很好。房東安娜在我的預訂和住宿期間與我合作非常愉快。我們本可以輕鬆地在這裡住一周，但只住了一晚就繼續我們的行程。我強烈推薦這間公寓。 我們租了一輛車，停車有點棘手，但街邊有一個公共停車場；停車很方便。輕鬆步行。 和大多數歐洲飯店一樣，沒有電梯，只有樓梯！ 附註：公寓旁的義大利餐廳非常美味！ 轉角處有一家很棒的泰式按摩店！ 很有道理！

Just a delightful hotel room, spacious and accommodating, with amazing views of the Parliament building. Lots of room, with bedroom, sitting room/kitchen, and large bathroom. Beautifully decorated with some antiques. Bonus of some port on the table for our use and water bottles in the fridge. Good location on the edge of a vibrant neighborhood.

Very nice suite with all the amenities you would need for extended stay. Cable TV that offers plenty of english speaking channels to watch. Close to all down town attractions that you would be able to walk to. There is a bus line 4 minutes away that will also take you to most parts of the city.

It’s a great place to stay, center of the old city, very convenient location (bus stop near by, metro station about 10 min walking distance, close to historic area, various restaurants around). There is a good isolation, no any noise from outside. This apartment was well equipped with everything what you need after long day excursions. Hostess provided local Porto vine and Portuguese famous pastries. It was delicious!!! If we will go to Lisbon again, we will stay only here. There is 5+++++ apartment. Thank you for wonderful hospitality!!!!

This small "hotel" was very comfortable for us. I can see from the reviews that many of the less satisfied were staying in the rooms facing the street. We had #7 which had a shared patio in the back. It was quiet and comfortable. There is staff on-site only during the daytime. Access to public transportation is very convenient in either direction, even Tram 28 runs just 1 minute from the hotel. We were quite satisfied with our stay. Better character than the typical hotel.

Absolutely loved our short stay at this charming little hotel. A very unassuming looking place from the outside, we actually walked past it a couple of times because the front door just looks like the front door to a house. The young woman who checked us in was super friendly and spent quite a bit of time going over some must see attractions and pointing them out on the map for us to visit during our short stay. Our room was absolutely lovely, with a shared terrace area at the rear of the building. The shared ‘kitchenette’ area included complimentary tea and coffee facilities and bottle water which was a nice touch. Located in proximity to several restaurants and a nearby tram stop. Would definitely stay again.

Good location. However, the rooms are located on the lowest level, below apartments and street. You can hear people walking in the upper floor, as well as people shouting and partying on the street. The room and particularly the bath is quite humid and the fan can’t keep up. Just a heads up, we thought we would get a private balcony but the coffee tables section is a communal area. Free nespresso coffee and water are appreciated. Checkin and checkout processes were straightforward.

Lots of positives - the room was spotlessly clean, spacious and charming. Our room (5, superior room with terrace) was very quiet and we enjoyed the terrace. On check in Eva gave us lots of information about popular tourist sites and activities as well as some real gems for foodies. We loved lx factory and the time out food market and we probably wouldn't have found either without her recommendation. Thanks Eva! We saw some reviews before arriving that mentioned that there's no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. That's true, but there's a communal fridge plus free tea, coffee, bottled water, kettle and microwave in the reception area and that was fine for us. We had an early evening flight on departure and after checkout they stored our luggage for us in a locked room where only we had the key. That was great because it meant we could go off and enjoy our day without carting our luggage around or worrying whether it was safe. The only negative (and it's a tiny one) was that our bathroom door squeaked so loudly that we woke each other up if we went to the loo in the night. Just needs oiling.

Next to Italian restaurant noisey on Friday and Saturday Upstairs is either rented or guests staying it was horrendous moving furniture around all night shouting and noise on all 3 nights we stayed!!!! Did not sleep at all mentioned to owner asked to move and not acknowledged said rooms all booked but rooms had doors open with no one in them Traffic noise from road loud Drunks walking past room Hot room addressed with owner told it was mechanical air conditioning Air conditioning unit noisey like a wind tunnel room hot couldn’t have air con on would be awful in summer like an oven Ceiling fan just about to fall off Towels scratchy and old need replacing Someone else’s hair found on bed sheets Pull out bed was not made up when arrived either Would not recommend to others I’m afraid 😐
