里斯本麗茲四季酒店(Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon)

Tudo ótimo. Um dos melhores hotéis de Lisboa. Comam peixe cru porque vem do Mar do Mediterrâneo. Bebam vinho português.

Très bel hôtel. Belles chambre, salle de bain Tout est fait dans les moindres détails pour satisfaire le client. Personnel gentil et souriant Des boiseries, des matériaux nobles, un très bon service Très bon petit déjeuner Restaurant cura était exceptionnel et copieux (10 moments) Certes il a certain défauts comme la piscine extérieure avec vis à vis des immeubles d’à côté et qui peut être un peu bruyante à cause de la circulation mais cela ne remet absolument pas en cause ma note Merci pour ce moment!

Great beds but TERRIBLE air conditioning. Our room was like a sauna. Made it hard to sleep. We called to ask for someone to check it. Still no improvement. For the amount you pay here , there should not be air conditioning problems. And several other people in our group also had same problem. We weren’t impressed

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful, old world lobby. Spacious rooms. Top notch service. We had two interconnecting Superior Park view rooms with nice views and balconies. Very comfortable beds. I think the Superior rooms are the only ones that haven’t been updated so they do feel dated decor wise and feel a little worn out. The concierge was excellent and helped us with various tours and reservations. They were very easy to communicate with. The hotel’s location is a bit far from the center of town and with traffic it can take some time to get there. Great hotel but next time I’d probably stay in the Bairro Alto or nearby neighborhoods.

The three of us-two parents and our 20 year old-stayed for five nights in March 2023. We chose to travel to Lisbon primarily because this property came highly recommended by our older child and her aunt who stayed in October of 2022. The hotel certainly didn’t disappoint. The public areas, restaurants and the rooms were nicely appointed. The furniture was not the newest, but was of quality and very clean. The service was attentive, but not aggressive nor overwhelming. As if in anticipation, the hotel provided us with all the comforts without having to ask. And on occasion when we needed something minor, they swiftly accommodated. To us luxury travel means being able to relax and be pampered in a private and peaceful setting without extra unnecessary attention. The level was perfect at the Four Seasons Ritz. We liked our experience so much that we are planning to stop over for a couple days in March 2024 on our trip to Europe. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent gym; terrific tour of it and the city view from the roof top location by Miguel, the staff attendant. Varanda restaurant had an outstanding breakfast buffet all three days. Excellent service as well. Room and bathroom very well appointed and serviced each day. Lovely views over the park from the hilltop location. Nice balcony. The concierge could have been much better. I wonder if the Lisboa a Noite restaurant has some sort of kickback scheme going with the major hotels. It was not remotely one of the best locations in Lisbon; 20 minute taxi ride away; grossly expensive - outrageous by Portuguese standards. Another recommendation for a casual dinner at By the Wine was ok, but, again, Lisbon has far better places to offer. The booking at Seen was brilliant, so we’ll give the concierge 1 out of 3. At more than Euro1200/night, this is a very expensive hotel. It’s the height of summer and Lisbon is trending, so I get it. Nonetheless, it’s expensive for what it is.

Abbiamo soggiornato cinque notti al Four Seasons. Il personale è davvero cordiale e disponibile. L'atmosfera è piacevolmente rilassante oltre che elegante. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale del bar, dove siamo stati più volte: sia per un drink, sia per provare l'eccezionale sushi. Sergio e gli altri ragazzi sono stati sempre ospitali e attenti ad ogni nostra esigenza. Molto simpatici e piacevoli per scambiarci due chiacchiere. Un soggiorno perfetto circondato dalle persone giuste, davvero
