Comfortable room. Clean room and ensuite bathroom. No mobile phone reception in the room. As an 81 year old, my mobile is my lifeline in the event of accident/emergency, especially as house phones are no longer provided innthe rooms. The hotel must take this up with the service providers.

Hotel was good, told us that we could request for the room to be clean instead of someone coming in like most places which was good for privacy. The pub next door has amazing food, and was so convenient.

I had a really lovely stay, the staff was very welcoming and so friendly throughout my stay, my room was nice and clean and the bed was so comfy. I booked a premier plus room and It was so nice, the stay was just amazing no faults at all I will be definitely staying again.

Staff looked after me ,and treated me like a 5 star vip after my flooding in my house even allowing me to use the washing machine for my clothes , could not thank them enough team Liskeard 100% the best.i hope all hotels will take after these guys.

A comfortable, quiet stay with a comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Friendly service. Convenient location. Service in the restaurant and bar was very slow in the evening. Breakfast was good but I would have preferred if vegetarian sausages were available on the buffet without asking and if decaffeinated coffee was in the machine.

The hotel was great easy access to where I needed to visit family. Good in pub in evening was great run out of few things. But breakfast was the worst I had at this particular premier inn. Would visit hotel again as it was very close to family I was seeing.

Fabulous staff, great room and all very clean. Made Christmas super easy. Room was lovely. Premier plus room well worth the money as it was huge. Location of the hotel was perfect for our needs and although it looks tatty outside due to needing painting, inside everything was lovely. Very big thank you to the staff who were so thoughtful.

Our rooms were in the basement. This must be the source of the problem. The WiFi was rubbish. There was a musty smell through-out the basement. The Bed was too high (crazy I know) and the overall experience was very disappointing, especially as we had decided to pay for Premier Inn.
