My only complaint about the hotel is that although we had made reservations for three nights we did not stay the third night because of an impending storm. After talking to the evening clerk, we were told there would be no problem cancelling night 3 . The next morning, my nephew and his family left the hotel but did not stop at the desk.However, when I got the bill, we were charged for three nights. I talked to the day clerk multiple times and she reviewed the footage, which showed that my nephew and his family had left at 8:00 am. However, after many attempts and not being able to talk to the owner directly, I was told that he would not give us credit for the night that my nephew did not stay there. For 25+years, members of my family have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. I even suggested that we be given credit to be used in the future. The response was no. The hotel was not full that day after Thanksgiving so it wasn’t like there was a loss because the room could not be rented. It is simply because the owner has the power and like the Wizard of Oz he is hiding behind a screen and will not communicate with me directly. I also reached out to the Choice Hotel corporate office, but they were not able to help either.

Hotel was nice. Staff was always friendly. Good breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if ever in little falls again

Stayed right before Christmas for work. They did great to accommodate a large group of us. Nice clean and quite hotel. Even went out of there way to open up early for us to have breakfast

I recently stayed here and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. I stayed for one night on a weekend and was in a 2 bedroom suite as they were very full. The room was very clean and spacious and well laid out. The rest of the hotel was also very clean and well kept up. The lobby is very roomy and inviting with the open staircase. The breakfast had 3 hot items and a huge choice of other breakfast items to pick from. The front desk staff were friendly and gave a great recommendation for supper. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here even though it was only one night. There is plenty of parking, and the outside is nicely decorated and landscaped. The lobby is also very nice, looking like a lodge. The staff are friendly and pleasant. Our room was very clean. My husband is a retired pest control technician, and he always inspects hotel rooms that we have reserved. This room is very clean. We also loved the layout - large living room area, then the bathroom on one side and the microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge opposite. Then the bedroom area with a door separating it from the rest of the suite. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options available. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the best Country Inn & Suites we have stayed at. It is very well maintained both in the public areas and the guest rooms. We had a two room suite on the first floor, the room was clean, the carpet seemed clean and was not sticky from using too much soap. Also the mini split heat/Air conditioner work well and was not noisy beyond what is normal. The breakfast area is large and brightly lit. The selections of food are on par with other hotels of this class. The only thing I would suggest is adding Cheerios to the selection of cold cereals. The hotel is conveniently located just a couple blocks off the highway. The staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We asked the young woman who had been working at the front desk about places to have dinner seeing as how Little Falls is pretty small so the options are a bit limited. She gave us several excellent suggestions. Check in was a breeze, we arrived early and they were still cleaning rooms. But they had one room of the type we reserved on the first floor. The young woman at the desk went herself and checked it out to make sure it was already for new guests. She came back and finished our check in. Check out was even easier being a Choice Rewards member. All we had to do is reply to their text and drop off our key cards. This was a very pleasant two night stay. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Little Falls Country Inn and Suites is the best hotel in the area! It is clean, comfortable, and staff is always friendly and helpful. We use them for customers and out of town employees and all encounters have been fabulous!! Management is great and make things run efficiently and smoothly.

This hotel has went downhill. Booked 4 days. The toilet malfunctioned, the shower clogged. Reported to front desk. Said they would have a maintenance person look at it. Returned to room later that night, door had been left open and unsecured. Money left for housekeeping tip was gone, but our room was never cleaned. The toilet and shower were not fixed. Front desk reported to corporate that they had switched our room to accommodate us, which was false. We have been booking rooms here since the hotel first opened. Will not ever stay here again. Don't waste your money. Will stay in St Cloud.

Traveling across the country for work. Stayed here it’s my hometown. Thought the hotel was nice for the price especially in Little Falls a town not known for much. Experience was fine front desk staff was friendly despite not actually running the card through the machine so we could access the hotel. A simple mistake really. Upon checkout come to find out my wife and I are charged $250 extra for having our cats we are moving across the country with. Nowhere on the website does it state dogs only. Now if it said dogs only my wife and I wouldn’t have even stayed here. I contact the owner and he states he doesn’t have to say anything about what animals are allowed. I believe he does this so he can charge people who bring other pets outside of dogs ie cats. He’s a shady businessman and he knows he can charge this because most people won’t argue it or fight it cause it isn’t worth the time or money to do so. Overall experience was great except getting scammed by a very shady businessman. I don’t recommend staying here unless you plan on spending more than you initially thought you would.

Almost everything was spectacular, with the slight exception of the $150 price tag (for a small town Saturday night) and the undercooked eggs and sausage links. I would have left 4.5 stars, but they don't have that option. However, for the exact same price, this hotel is WORLDS better than the AmericInn across the road and hidden behind Pizza Ranch.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times due to work a couple miles away at the military base. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast is very good for a continental breakfast. I do have to say the coffee is very weak.
