Ruhiges Hotel in guter Lage.
Die Dame an der Rezeption am An- und Abreisetag ging gar nicht. Sehr unfreundliche Erscheinung, die es nicht nötig hatte, uns zu begrüßen oder gar zu lächeln. Vielleicht sollte das Management des Hotels ihren Berufswunsch nochmals überdenken.

We booked and paid for a suite because we know we needed a bigger space for the family. However, we were given a standard room. The room was totally different from the pictures and didn't match the description; not to mention it could not fit our family. A cigarette smell came from AC. The free parking was first come, first served.

After checking in, I had discovered my refrigerator was not working and I explained it to the front desk staff and they assigned me a new room immediately. I was very pleased with how they handled it.

The only stairs to use are located outside the building. There are no internal stairs. Breakfast was the typical eggs, sausage, waffle machine, or cereal.

We didn't expect such a great experience for the price. Very comfortable room and beds, everywhere clean and quiet, fantastic breakfast and friendliest workers. The lady at breakfast area did such wonderful cleaning we felt cleaner than our home. Her name was something with Sonia and she was really kind
