Easy access.

Front desk receptionist was great, extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and amenities in the hotel were great.

Strange smell in the room… maybe because of the pets…no air flow. Even changed room but strange smell there too…the breakfast is ok.

My family had an okay stay. We booked 3 rooms and all but one was not okay. The TV didn't work, and the manager came up to the room, and all he said was oh sorry and did nothing to do to fix it. So the night manager might need a little more experience on making guests happy. The night crew at the front desk was awesome, fast check and positive attitude. ..

Conveniently located to everything in the city.

The bathroom vent system barely sucks air, so that after taking one shower the whole bathroom is like a sauna, and we have five people to take showers, so by the end, the whole room was very humid. The hotel only offers a dismal 10mb/second internet. The Keurig coffee maker didn’t work, and you have to bring your own water to use it. Even though 5 people were booked to arrive, there were no extra sheets left in the room.
