Best Western Shackleford 

A great room with an awesome jacuzzi tub

The Ramada was undergoing renovations, but in no way hindered my stay. The hotel was very clean despite any construction. My room was perfect. Freshly remodeled, clean, spacious, and super comfy bed! The Front Desk staff was friendly and helpful and engaged all guests that I observed the same way! I would definitely stay at this property again and refer others.

Ramada Limited Little Rock wonderful stay but at the same time they are changing names to another group. A lot of remodeling being done, pretty quiet at night when they were working; some areas shut off due to that, otherwise nice stay.

Paid for a "suite"; no couch or chair to sit on. There was a rolling desk chair. The room was recently renovated so perhaps the new furniture hasn't come in. Nice large TV for the bed but I couldn't pull up a channel guide. Expanded cable the best I could tell. No premium channels; the best I could tell. Room was clean; comfortable bed. I consider it a safe area; next door to a Twin Peaks restaurant. Prepaid online through Wyndham's website. Check in employee could not see that the reservation was paid; although she admitted the reservation rate was "pay now". Sort of self explanatory. She would not accept me showing the charge on my credit card. I personally had to call Wyndham headquarters who in turn called her to instruct her to check me in. This meant looking up the confirmation number and writing it down to communicate with corporate after a day of travel. The Wyndham agent apologized for the experience; the employee did not. I left the desk feeling as if she still thought I was lying. She was never rude but a semi apology for the confusion was warranted and putting me through the hassle of having to call corporate. Having top rewards status with Wyndham should have meant something; or so I thought. Breakfast was much better than expected considering there were very few tenants with the renovation. Pre-fab eggs, link sausage, biscuits/gravy plus many forms of carbs. Several restaurants in the general area; with many choices within a mile. Close to the main freeway but far away enough to be a quiet environment. I understand it will be changed to a Best Western when the renovation is done. I will not return.

Finally, a hotel that is clean, and has hot breakfast. It seems to be harder to find these days. 3 hotels were wyndham also but what I consider to be unclean and no breakfast at all. Like a trucker hotel. This one was particularly perfect though. Nice beds, elevator, not noisy, ac was fine, tv fine, everything just as it should be. Eggs, waffles, bagels, juice and coffee.

Great stay, friendly staff, hot breakfast, quiet atmosphere. Room was comfortable and clean, very conveniently located to great restaurants, daves burgers, yum. Doors lock 11-5, I like that. Wasn't pleased the pool was under "renovation", that should have been noted online and taken care of before summer break.

Bathroom in room was nasty, light didn’t work in our room, stood outside for 30 minutes waiting for employee to open the door. Keys didn’t work have the time. Would not suggest staying here what so ever

I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this Best Western! It was recently remodeled, a bright and welcoming interior and very modern. I loved the friendly staff, my room was clean and I liked the variety of items on their breakfast buffet. Another thing that I liked about staying here is that there are bars and restaurants within walking distance.
