On the first day, the girl at the front desk had incredibly poor customer service. We were placed in the worst possible room on the planet, one in which the door would not lock, and the smell was repulsive. Thankfully, Monday, I was able to get us a cleaner, nicer room, by talking to the much nicer gentleman at the front desk. All and all, his customer service offset her poor service, but the hotel in general needs work.

They keep their environment clean… staff is super nice and helpful!
