I got there and I had to wait at least 30 minutes before I was able to get my room something was going on with the computers owner he accommodated me instead of me paying the $56 that I have previously paid he end up charging me just $38 and that was good but when I got in there it was roaches crawling around food was off in the bathtub food within the refrigerator drug heads with steady knocking on my door maybe feel uncomfortable but for the price it was worth it you couldn't ask for anything more they had a big deep swimming pool no water was in it I wish the pool was working but if they had no lottery on their property their property would be much much better but because there's a lot of lottery and ***** going on then it makes it hard and it makes the people that stay there sometimes scared especially if you're new to the state of Arkansas but overall for the price between 30 and 50 bucks the sheets were clean the towels were clean

Las instalaciones no son las q se ofrecen en las fotos. Parecia un lugar para indigentes. Vimos personas de muy mal aspecto. No funcionaba la alberca. Muebles viejos y en mal estado fuera de las habitaciones. Gente tocando tu puerta sin motivo. Baño y toallas sucias. Hotel viejo y en mal estado. Nos sentimos completamente inseguros. No permanecimos ni una hora. Preferimos irnos del lugar.

My stay was comfortable and pleasant. The stay was very friendly and accommodating

The room is dirty and smell bad. There’re lots bugs in the room. I left this hotel after I checked the room.

The room wasnt cleaned , dirty sheets and bedding , lights didn’t work nor was they’re any a/c , poor customer service , a lot of traffic , people hanging around felt unsafe , very rude loud guests , police very active and wasn’t able to get refund so I could change to another room , so disappointed , then was put in another room it was ok but smelled like fresh paint and tv didn’t work at all or Wifi

The good was check-in went well and the initial appearance of the hotel and room were satisfactory. The price was good. The shower was good The bad was 1. The sheets were stained with black markings as well as the shower curtain and side of the shower. 2. the pillow cases smelled musty. 3. The bath tub had old/used soap. 4. Internet didn't work. 5. The room came with breakfast. Bull. It came with coffee, 1 slice of white bread (replaced with 6 more), some corn flakes and Cheerios with no milk (until complained and then some was found in the back room). I didn't expect a hot breakfast but this was ridiculous. Generally there is yogurt, some fruit, cereal, milk, juice, and coffee at a minimum. If they do not wish to provide a breakfast don't advertise that it is provided.

Horrible hotel! Do NOT stay here! The rooms are roach infested! There was an old chicken bone behind the nightstand! Phones aren’t hooked up so you can’t use them!

Just an all around dump.I wouldn’t recommend unless you pay like 1 dollar a night

This place was horrible to stay at, we ended up checking out the same night and leaving. No wifi, uncomfortable beds, the room had a dtrong musk smell.

Checking in went fairly quick, however I did have to go back to the office because the room key did not work. The employee quickly exchanged it for one that did work and we were happy to get in the room at last. Until we turned the lights on and got hit in the face with a strong musty, almost mildew-y odor. I chalked it up to no air circulation in the room but even after an hour of having the air on and trying to air out the room, it’s not going ANYWHERE. The rest of the room is lackluster at best. Paint on the walls is stained and chunks of paint on the ceiling are either completely missing or in the process of falling off and water damage is apparent. The baseboards in the closet are missing and there’s a hole in the corner with apparent rodent activity. I’m glad it’s only a one night stay. I would not recommend this “hotel” to my worst enemy.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was roach infested had holes punched in the walls and the doors. You can tell the door has been kicked in a few times. The pool was drained you can tell it's been that way all summer didn't say a word online about it and the ice machine was broken. The key card never would work on our door had to go to the front office every time I wanted back in my room very inconvenient never bothered trying to fix it or switching me to a new room. When I first walked in the room and saw the roaches scatter when I turn the lights on my kids were crying cuz they didn't want to stay there but they had charged my account before I even checked in and refused to give me a refund.
