小石城西希爾頓惠庭酒店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Little Rock West)

Hands down the best hotel I've stayed at since touching down in the US 3 weeks ago. A lovely girl named Zoee checked us in and was very helpful with a few questions I had. The pool area was nice and they even have a BBQ there if you want to cook something! I would have loved to have stayed for longer but it was just a stop over for one night.

Hotel is nice, but I am quite upset about the pet policy. We booked a room on ********** that was a “pet friendly hotel.” At the time of booking confirmation, there was NO indication that there would be a pet sanitation fee. When we checked in, the front desk clerk saw our dog & mentioned nothing about the pet fee. However, I noticed a sign stating that we would be charged a fee of $75 for one night! I told the front desk clerk that this had not been disclosed to us, and I was unhappy about it, and she just said “talk to management at the time of checkout.” Not acceptable! We have stayed in many hotels that do NOT charge extra for pets. Our room is pristine and our dog caused no problems. We should not be charged $75. We should have had an opportunity to decide whether we wanted a pet charge before we booked. Because of this, I think the $75 should be waived! When we check out, I will tell the front desk that they should inspect our room and confirm that it is spotless!

Very nice room. Bed is really comfortable. When we got to the room, the dishwasher was leaking and the girl immediately got us another room.

I really enjoy staying here because everyone so nice and it’s very relaxing…

We were in town for a medical procedure so we stayed 2 nights. The gentleman at front desk was very nice and check in was quick with no problems. Room was very clean and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The kitchenette,bathroom and sitting area was great. The bed was comfortable with good pillows and comfy bedding. The area had great dining options to chose from, that we could've walk to, if we had wanted to,but we drove due to medical procedure. We felt very safe in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

The sheets need to be replaced. The sheets are wearing out and feel ruff to the skin.

clean friendly safe easy parking convenient to shopping and food. did not like handicapped bathroom no shower chair nor place to sit and shower for handicapped person

This hotel was AMAZING! From the time I checked in til I checked out. Everything was perfect & clean.My experience was peace & quiet the whole stay which was unbelievable to be in a hotel NO NOISE PERIODT. Mall was only 10 minutes away from room which was real convenient. This hotel gets a 10 in my book & i will be returning again. Thanks HOME 2 SUITES
