小石城西雅樂軒酒店(Aloft Little Rock West)

The hotel is fairly new and was clean and is in great condition. However, this was probably the noisiest hotel I've ever experienced. Maybe it was because I stayed over the weekend and there were events going on at the lounge downstairs, but it was incredibly annoying to hear drunken singing going on at while I'm trying to sleep. I also heard music playing at 4am Sunday morning. Not sure where it was coming from, but another reviewer mentioned a similar experience. I really wish I had seen that review before I made the reservation.

Horrible experience. If you seek peace and quiet after midnight, DO NOT stay here. I stayed 3 nights and each night, my window vibrated to techno music playing ALL Night. I went to the front desk at 1 am and pleaded for relief. The desk attendant said “I forgot to turn off the patio music”. Mind you, it was 40 degrees and no one was on the patio. I went to bed and it never went off. The next morning at 7 am and went downstairs and begged, same story “I forgot.” The next day at lunch I went to get a room change. I was told “no” because the hotel was booked up. So I asked if I could get assurance that the music would be turned off at a “reasonable time, midnight-1?” The attendant said “no.” She said the hotel had a “policy to provide entertainment all night.” I said “yes, in the lobby til midnight-1, sure.” But the patio?? No one is out there at 1!! She said, “I can cancel your room and you can go elsewhere.” I said “what about the customer who paid for the ability to sleep and can’t?” She just looked at me like I was an alien. Like I was asking for sparkling water to pour out of my water faucet. I finally gave up and simply didn’t rest. I will never stay here again. It was in one word, “horrible”. Be forewarned.

There was food and crumbs on our bedsheets upon checkin! Ugh. Clearly they hadn't been washed. I contacted front desk and was met with horrible customer service. Told that Housekeeping had already gone home, so nothing they could do for me. The gal acted totally overwhelmed by her job and offered no apology for the condition of the bed, etc. I asked for manager but was told no manager would be on site for 2 days. What?! No help whatsoever offered. I have never had such bad customer service at an Aloft hotel before. I won't be back to this one in West Little Rock.

The sheets on my bed upon checking in had fresh food stains and crumbs on them. Seriuously gross, cuz they couldn't have been washed! I contacted the front desk for new sheets and was told that it was too late in the eveing and Housekeeping had all gone home. No more problem-solving or apologies were offered. I was told no manager was on sight on the weekend to help me. Just shocking customer service. Front desk clreak just acted totally overwhelmed by her job and couldn't even say "Im sorry for your inconvenience, etc." End of story - I had to sleep in dirty sheets. No manager ever contacted me to follow-up or offer a discount. Worst customer experience I've ever had in an Aloft hotel. Won't be back to this Little Rock location ever.

We never received maid service even though we were booked for a 5 night stay. The lighting in the bathroom area is terrible. The only positive was a comfortable bed.

The shower kept flooding and they would never fix it. There was no food in the lounge. I stay at Alotfs all over and have never had this experience. Front desk person reeked of cigarettes. They charged both my corporate card for the stay and my personal for incidentals. When I called to let them know. They said the manager would get back to me in a day or 2 for my missing $407

Great hotel. New stylish. Four stars because you have to request housekeeping, and I did, and they never came.

It was fine - the lobby was very nice and the hotel pretty new. It wasn’t anything special though. Property is in a great location with a ton of things around it though.

In town overnight for a game at War Memorial Stadium. Close proximity. Nice room. Friendly staff. Nice bar and activities after game.
