小石城西萬豪德爾塔酒店(Delta Hotels Little Rock West)

We were checked into a room that already had guests in it. We literally walked in on a ton of stuff everywhere...then when we walked back downstairs there was no one at the desk. He came promptly when called but it was a huge inconvenience to have to stand there and be checked again after carrying all of our stuff up once and back down again. We were in a big hurry to get to a show so we really didn't have time to waste where this was concerned. When I stated that we were in a rush, he offered us access to the 5th floor pantry but it was not exactly impressive in terms of selection or being well-stocked. When we returned later that night, employees were chasing a rat around through the lobby. I wasn't disgusted that there was a rat in the hotel, but it isn't a good look...especially after the check-in debacle. The room was wonderful, clean, comfortable.

Hotel room was nice and spacious. The main reason for my review was the pool was in bad shape. There was a very strong chemical smell, cracks in the edges and chipping paint. We made the most of it, but the pool definitely needs work.

This was my first time staying here and it was a great experience. Loved the room and everyone was nice.

Habitaciones grandes y limpias; check in rápido pero muy informal. Desayuno muy básico y muy caro (faltan muchas cosas para un hotel de esa categoría). El recepcionista que nos atendió en el check out es el mejor ( súper actitud) y muy amable.

The hotel was clean and everything was good . The night shift girl WAS very rude , and had an attitude when I asked a question

Breakfast and bar service was not satisfactory. Inedible breakfast and over priced. Bar did not have very common liquors and over charged for what they did have.

We spent 1 night on trip home from vacation. Our 1st room TV was not working and the tub drain plug had matted hair around it. The front desk had us moved to a new room with clean bathroom and working TV but shower converter wouldnt work. For just one night we took baths and crashed. Beds were comfy and otherwise a quiet night in a comfortable room.

I didn’t stay. After reserving a room, I was told they didn’t have it. And that that’s what I get for using a 3rd party. Ie you.

No one was at the check in station and I had to wait 35 min for a key and then had someone try to enter my room because they were assigned the same room.
