Convenient location in Liverpool and affordable. Really helpful and efficient staff for check in! 24 hour desk and spacious room. Bed comfortable, tv works, and while the bathroom was spacious and 2/3 fine, the bath taps were broken and made it hard to use but not impossible. (The bathroom photo shows a second tap handle totally missing for the bathtub) Noise level was higher than other places, but it’s not the fault of the hotel if people talk loudly as they come in to their rooms late into the night. Overall, I can’t fault the hotel rating for anything major, and would stay again for location and friendly staff. Easy check out! 8/10 in total experience but rated well because would stay again!

We can’t tell you how much we loved this hotel and staff, if your used to quiet hotels this isnt for you but we have kids that sleep through hurricanes 🤣 we didn’t mind the noise. The staff were so amazing, helpful and friendly that we can’t wait to go back. We was upgraded immediately because of our 2 children and the room we had was amazing and big. We can’t thank the staff enough for all there help with places to go and things to do, and also just the chat when we returned from days out, we loved it so much we booked an extra day…..thank you to Pete and all the staff for an amazing stay, if you want normal don’t go here but if your like us and love the unusual and amazing art work this hotel has to offer this is up your street like ours 👍🏻 thank you again and we will see you all soon xx

Fantastic location, super friendly and welcoming staff. Amazing value for money and really cool themed rooms!

飯店位於市中心，員工友善。我們的房間寬敞，床鋪舒適。值得一提的是，飯店大樓內有一家夜總會（營業至凌晨5點），我們入住期間，大約凌晨3點到6點，有幾位客人大聲播放音樂。如果您來這裡參加派對，這家酒店還不錯，但如果您喜歡晚上睡個好覺，那就不太合適了。

非常棒的住宿體驗，工作人員非常友好和樂於助人，因為我們在另一家酒店感到失望，到達利物浦後沒有地方住。

毫無疑問，地點很完美，接待員非常友善和樂於助人，但房間住起來並不舒服。床罩上有污漬，廁所不通風，房間很暗，房間不乾淨等等……最重要的是，飯店位於酒吧和俱樂部上方，即使關著窗​​戶，房間根本不隔音。對於容易入睡的人來說，這很好，但如果不是的話，我不會推薦。
