Very nice and big hotel rooms. The bed is good. Bathroom size is ok.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn while my daughter was in the hospital. I was greeted at the front desk after arriving after midnight with a friendly, kind, and caring individual who gave me my cards to get in. She told me about the free shuttle service, which I used twice, and about the breakfast and other amenities. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, the prices were very reasonable, and I will definitely go back there. The shuttle drivers were also incredibly nice and such a great service - a blessing since I don’t like driving in the city.

This hotel is fantastic from the support at the front desk to the clean pool, the immaculate rooms, and the site in general. We are already planning another weekend in Syracuse so we can stay again!

The Hotel was nice but the restaurant was lacking, mostly cheese burgers and fries types of dishes. At the end of my stay there were 2 18 dollar charges on my card that they couldnt explain.

Loved the options and quality of the breakfast. Made to order omelettes and a ton of other continental breakfast options. Supported by super nice staff.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our questions and needs during the stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The bar in the hotel had cheap drinks and live music which made for a fun end to our night.
