Great hotel and great location, highly recommended Staff were very friendly

這家旅館雖然不算最現代化，但性價比高，乾淨整潔，服務熱情友好，地理位置優越。毛巾超級大而且很蓬鬆。床很舒服。三層玻璃窗。員工服務周到。 Castaway 酒吧的歡樂時光雞尾酒種類豐富。我們沒有去餐廳用餐，但聽說劇前套餐很受歡迎。我會推薦給朋友和家人。

Very first time in Liverpool and stayed in the linerwhich I am so glad we did Really enjoyed our stay here, booked 1 night with breakfast and in morning me and my husband decided to ask if we could book the same room for a extra night, this was not a problem staff are really polite and nothing is an issue, we booked the executive suite which had private bathroom with a bath and over shower very clean towels provided, super king bed the best was very comfy pillows were a little soft for me but still great nights sleep, we also had a lounge with a 49" TV and corner sofa. Even though it's right next to the train station it never bothered us as it wasn't to loud and was able to watch TV and announcements stopped around 11 pm. The restaurant is lovely nice food, and breakfast was a buffet setup and was able to choose how much you wanted and could go back for more. I will be back

Great location and the best is that the hotel has free parking for residents. We stayed for 1 night in a room in the 6th floor , the room was very nice and clean , windows are double glazed. A bit warm as there is no air con however they give you a big fan .

Due to bad weather, we were unable to land in Liverpool and had to cancel. We submitted a delay certificate and made multiple inquiries, but the hotel never responded. We were treated as if we didn't exist and were not even allowed to negotiate. The bad weather was no one's fault, but that's why I felt a little better if I had received even just a word of comfort from the hotel. It was a very disappointing experience.

My twin room was large and very quiet, even though the hotel is close to a main railway station. The room also had a great shower. There was also tge facility to leave my luggage for free the next day. Because of this positive experience, I decided to also have breakfast in the hotel, and that's where I had my issues. Because I was travelling alone, I was told I could not have a windiw seat as this was for bigger groups (whi never materilaized). I was guven a table that either looked into the kitchen or a big TV screen. I spotted a window seat for solo travellers, but I was told it had not been cleaned. I moved there anyway for a bit of peace during breakfast. Egg was overcooked, pastries were stale, fruit was either old or unripe. Not a lot of choice for 14 Pounds. So room was excellent, breskfast below average hence overall rating of average.
