Stayed for a night while attending a concert as it is right next to the arena. Service from check in to checkout was all very good. Had drinks at the bar and breakfast and all was good, fresh and with good service. Room was comfortable overlooking the dock

Easy check in. Staff very friendly, couldn't do enough to make our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was was hot and loads of options.only thing I thought the beds were small doubles .

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and will definitely stay here again. It’s in a great position in the Albert Docks. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are spacious and the bed so comfy. All staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We arrived at midday fully expecting to have to leave our cases in storage and return later to check in but our room was ready and we were able to check in immediately. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of hot and cold food. The bacon was cooked to perfection.
