喜歡這個總理客棧的一切。我住過好幾個總理旅館，不得不説這是迄今為止我最喜歡的。位置很好，奇妙的房間，員工真的很棒，這些加起來的結果是我在利物浦度過了一個很棒的週末。接待的年輕人令人愉快，他沒有嫌麻煩的幫我解決我手機上的無線網絡問題。全體員工都很有禮貌很殷勤好客，讓我們覺得自己是尊貴的客户。我不得不説利物浦人給我們的感覺也是如此。我們以後肯定會再來。

Oh dear. I've stayed in dozens of Premier Inns so you kind of know what to expect but this one falls behind. It's in a fabulous location and I love the building but it's tired and needs money spending on it. For example the lifts are held together with duck tape, the corridor floor creaks so loud it feels like it's going to collapse under you and there's a sign at the end of the corridor saying "tip toe" so you don't annoy other guests. You heard them coming from miles away. The rooms were damp. The windows were locked so no ventilation and the condensation was bad. The smiley faces and the word Everton drawn onto the glass by previous guests showed they were not cleaned very often. The aircon system didn't work. Kept switching off. The bed was ripped around the edges and a lot smaller than usual. The ceiling was damaged and the walls damp. The food was ok. Breakfast had a wide choice but things did run out and weren't replaced quickly. We had an evening meal there which was ok. But the soup was luke warm. Now for the staff. I thought Liverpool people were supposed to be really friendly. Not here. Everything was an effort. No warm welcome. Overall a real shame. I appreciate it's not the Hilton but like I said you get to know what to expect and this place although it's a beautiful old building in an amazing location it failed in so many places.

Fantastic staff, and for a Premier Inn, wonderful rooms. Dean and Chloe were fantastic and Acorn says thank you (and the restaurant is great) Lovely location, plenty of things to do in the area. Close to the city centre also. It might not be a 5 star hotel, but definitely felt like a perfect place

Hotel is ideally located on Albert Dock - very close to where the Beatles tour starts, Comfortable bed and room. Very quiet with nice view over the dock. Reasonable value and ideal for a short stay. 5 minutes walk from town centre.

One night stay for a friends stag weekend. Friendly staff, decent standard of room with comfy bed, nice and clean, and a lovely looking building inside and out. Fab choices for food and drink right on the doorstep as it sits right on the dock. Quality of some breakfast items not great, but enjoyable enough, plenty of choice. Expensive for the one night, but did leave it late booking. Certainly a very popular hotel on weekends, and can see why. Would definitely stay again, just maybe longer next time.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent and the docks are stunning. Shame the windows didn’t open as room could be stuffy and it would’ve been nice to hear the world go by. Food was good. The hotel has a lot of history with cast iron pillars and beautiful exposed brick walls

Room was clean and nice so no concerns there. However, I was directly above reception and the room was extremely noisy during the night with people talking, music being played and bins (including bottle bins) being collected at 11. The talk and noise continued all throughout the night to then be woken up around 5.00am by people talking then the bins being collected. I’m not usually one to complain but it’s so frustrating when you can’t get a good nights sleep and are continually woken up during the night

Very helpful and polite staff. Easy check in and out procedures. The security felt great having to swipe a card to access lifts and higher floors. The room was fantastic overlooking the dock. A really comfortable night sleep. We would have liked a bigger TV in our room but this wasn’t a massive issue really. The location for our stay was amazing with easy access to the city and restaurants, bars and the conference centres. We loved the original features that had been maintained in the room which gave the hotel a really character. We would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at the Premier Inn at Albert Dock before. I have always found the staff, both at reception and at the bar very friendly. The location is great. Just what you need if you want somewhere central, a clean room and a comfortable bed. We were happy to find the bar still open when we got back from our night out and enjoyed a night cap.

Always stay here and will definitely come back location perfect close to everything just disappointed on the cleanliness this visit everything else perfect

This hotel is centrally located and perfect if you don't want to use a car to travel around. There are many choices of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. It's also not far from the local train and bus station so you can walk it easily. The only areas I would improve are having a fridge in the room and having more choice of alternative milks both in the room and at breakfast. Otherwise I had an enjoyable safe stay as a female staying on my own.

I’ve stayed in Albert dock to look up Liverpool as me and my partner and two boys are moving up in November and I’ll say that it was the best few days ever the staff was so friendly you are 10 minutes walk from bus station to city centre am Definitely going back in August and October worth the money

Lovely, friendly hotel in a terific spot. Possibly the best view from a bedroom window that I’ve had in the UK. Great position to explore the dock area and the whole City Centre. We didn’t use the restaurant however it did look quite nice and the bar also had superb views. Comfy beds and everything you need to have a comfortable stay
