Clean apt just renovated however the heater was not in the living rm area so its very cold.

Chambre petite mais suffisante. Pas de fenêtre comme indiqué dans le descriptif mais climatisé et ventilé ce qui fait beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre.
Rien a dire sur la propreté et l’accueil.
Idéal par sa position à côté du centre ville.

I always stay at this hotel when I’m down in Liverpool from London. The hotels are clean, the location is not far from the city centre and the customer service is 10/10. I have zero complaints and would very much recommend other visitors to choose this hotel for their stay

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom and room looked clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was warm and there was a heater if required. For a double room there was not much space to move around in however it was nicely decorated.

Excellent value for money in very good location, I had a basement double room with good size bed, room was clean and tidy. Reception staff were very nice and friendly and I would definitely use this hotel again.
