利物浦泰坦尼克酒店(Titanic Hotel Liverpool)

這是一家非常好的酒店，房間現代化，而且有一些不錯的裝飾。我們的房間很大很漂亮，沒有任何問題。酒吧餐廳和接待處的服務不是最好的。點了這個之後花了很長時間才得到一杯飲料。餐廳不錯，但食物很差。你最好去城裡一家不錯的餐廳。我問前台是否願意在房間裡為我的妻子做點什麼，因為這是一個特殊的日子和場合！他們給她留了一盒巧克力，但連簽名都沒有。當我對此提出質疑時，他們說他們不這樣做？他們在這裡錯過了一個技巧，讓你的顧客滿意，他們就會回來。例如，皇冠廣場酒店就這樣做了，讓這一天變得非常特別，我們甚至沒有想到這一天，我確實提到這是我妻子的生日，他們超越了泰坦尼克酒店，泰坦尼克酒店什麼也沒做，還發電子郵件說我們不這樣做做這個。溫泉水療每人2小時20英鎊！這很好，但很貴，因為它在同一棟建築物裡。位置偏僻，不太理想，除非您在新埃弗頓體育場竣工後等待觀看足球比賽。

I cannot fault this hotel on the rooms they are excellent the problem was the service at the bar area it was Christmas night there were 4 staff 2 that had never worked in the bar before we were told ! They ran out of aperol spritz baileys and gluten free beer also they ran out of clean glasses as nobody was collecting the used glasses they served me a white wine in a pint glass not great for a upmarket hotel

飯店很漂亮，但房間不是很乾淨，淋浴盤發霉了，窗台上滿是水，床頭櫃的抽屜把手在我手裡脫落了，電視壞了，兩個工作人員不得不過來。但這確實得到了解決，飯店的飲料和食物價格非常昂貴，但食物和飲料的品質卻是首屈一指的，總台的工作人員確實需要做得更好，至少要微笑！我會再次住在這裡，但希望有一個更軟的枕頭，因為我們的脖子和背部嚴重分成兩半，這不是一次舒適的住宿，考慮到這是我們結婚十週年紀念日，而且我們一直在等待，這真的很令人難過。這次休息了這麼長時間，酒店需要一些基本的維護和更多的注意清潔，而且非常令人失望的是房間裡沒有拖鞋和睡衣？？？這對我們來說是第一次，如果我知道的話，我們會自己做的。我確實給接待處打了電話，但沒有發生任何事情，所以我再次提到，並將我寫下的清單交給接待處，因為她說她會讓值班經理給我打電話，但現在已經一周了，我'我還在等待…莫伊拉隱藏

Lovely Hotel, Amazing staff and food was Superb. Only problem was the walls are not sound proof, so we were woke up at 3am as if someone was in our room making goat noises then vomiting until 5am. Other than that it’s an amazing hotel and I would return.

This is our third stay in the Titanic hotel Liverpool. The two previous stays were very good but this time, to be honest, the hotel has started to fall below its previous high standards. The toilet was grubby, the bathroom door and the carpet are getting tatty. Wall prints are fading. The restaurant said they were full and we couldn’t book a table, yet when we walked past there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. And one of the receptionists was miserable which is not great when you arrive and when you ask for assistance. So all in all, in our opinion, they need to ‘up their game’

2nd time staying at the Hotel. 1st time, nothing but excellence. 2nd time, the welcome was poor. No smiles or any kind of welcome. Room was cosy and smaller than before. Always clean and well stocked with all you need. Sadly, right side of the bed had a dreadful strong odour of damp/stale smell. Mentioned to staff who said they would look into it. They didn't!!! No plastic waste bags in the bins. Asked for some and none were provided!. Mentioned the odour again the next day and all that was said is that, once again, they would look into this! No apologies on hearing this which made sleeping hard. Love this hotel generally for its ambience, but felt let down from our 2nd experience. Would love to go back again when visiting family in Liverpool, but may have 2nd thoughts after the lack of care for our concerns. Such a shame as its faultless in every other aspect. Customer service is so important and after a 7.5 hour journey to get Liverpool a more postive welcome would have been good. Atrending to odour issues should have been a priority too.
