翠湖羅德威旅館(Rodeway Inn)

Room was ok-ish - one bed sheet on the bed had a hole burned in (cigarette?), a toenail was found on the carpet and old receipts under the bed. I could not connect to the WiFi, but 5G reception was sufficient in the area.

This was very nice. The room wasn't fancy, but it was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and friendly, and I would definitely come back again. I didn't think to take any pictures of it, but the next morning we had breakfast at the lovely, attached restaurant and all around it was just great. The little helper was so cute! I really liked it here.

The room was very clean. The bed was a little firm, but some like that and the pillows were not comfy. But, overall we would stay there again!

Our room was very nice: a nice size, clean, nice amenities, etc.; BUT light shines brightly into the room at the top of the curtains and around the door. The bed was extremely firm.... hard. My husband sat up both nights in bed due to how uncomfortable it was. He considered moving out to the car to sleep. Frankly, it wouldn't have been any lighter, and it would have been more comfortable. The staff were all very nice. I just believe that a hotel room should be dark and quiet for sleep... so many aren't.

It wasn’t the Hilton or Marriott but it was clean ,staff was excellent

Booked a room last minute for the holiday weekend. It was the closest available near our destination. We were pleasantly surprised with the room, service, and dining options. Beds and pillows were excellent, staff was very friendly, and we were given coupons for the adjoining restaurant. We would definitely recommend this to anyone planning a stay near Letchworth State Park!

The bed was like sleeping on the floor with a 1 inch foam under you. Very hard and uncomfortable. The overall property was ok and served its purpose for a quick overnight stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a comfortable hotel with an attached diner/restaurant offering tasty food for the end of a long day or early morning hearty breakfast. Staff was wonderful. Pretty walkways and park nearby on the lake. Room is simple -- some lamps or clocks with USB charging ports would be welcome.

The ROOM WE STAYED IN WAS FULL OF ANTS. WE KILLED OVER 25 ANTS. CLEANER DOES NOT CLEAN ROOM AT ALL DURING STAY. WE WAS THERE 4 DAYS!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND FOR MAN OR BEAST!!!!!!
