底特律利沃尼諾維希爾頓安泊酒店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Detroit Livonia Novi)

The hotel appears a little run down but you could tell at one time it was probably one of the nicest. Staff was super friendly and helpful and it was very quiet. The location was beautiful - a nice quiet business park near a Dave & Busters and nice Mexican restaurant. Right next to the highway, but you would never know it when your on location. Even though it was a little run down it was still very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Ghetto. Not even close to other embassy suites I have stayed at. Nothing in the room worked and still waiting on management to call me. They are so stingy with towels and would only allow for 3 sets when we had 2 adults and 2 little kids in the room. Highly do not recommend.

My mother and I both booked rooms with requests to be next to each other so she could help with my so and we checked in everything was great until she went to go in her room and someone was already in her room even though she had booked it through the Hilton app and picked her room & checked in early!!! She has MS and has hard time walking and now her room was out of the way with the craft show they had. She had to go to the elevator walk across the hotel to the other elevator and then go back down to then walk across the hotel to get to her room. It was a little bit of a disaster for her

Needs A LOT of TLC. It rained while we were there and they had multiple buckets to catch the rain that was leaking from the ceiling. Waterfall in pool broken. Toilet was running the entire time and we had to call maintenance to fix our clogged toilet...took them 45 mins to come to our room because they forget we called. We had trouble with both key cards and using our phone to unlock the doors. Staff was friendly enough and food/drinks were good...but you can tell they need to fix a lot of things around the hotel.

My stay was ok could have been better if they had the requested type of room available. We requested a double but when we got there they only had a king single available. We were tired and accepted it without a long wait.

this is an older hotel , there was a pool tournament going on it was loud smelled like **** BAD and breakfast was not as good as the reviews that made me want to stay here say .. dont get me wrong it was not terrible.. but there are a ton of better options for the price !!

I booked a room here so that I could unwind and relax, I wanted to have a quiet dinner and enjoy some quality time in the hot tub and pool with my spouse. From the time I checked in until the time the pool closed the area was occupied by a large group of kids. I don't mind kids, but these kids were not being supervised, the pool area was covered in dirty towels and there personal belongings, they were having some your of party and turned the pool into their personal area with no regard for other guest.

This hotel was up to date, had great customer service, the facility itself is unique with design and it was clean. Would definitely book here again and made me interested in booking with other embassy suites.

Breakfast was amazing, the best continental breakfast I have ever had! The room wasn't the cleanest and the beds felt like you were going to roll out if there wasn't someone on the other side balancing it out. Pool and hot tub were perfect for my kids and the large social area was perfect for our family to meet and hang out together in.
