Could not really fault the hotel. The only thing I would say is that strong smell of gloss in the room but let alone that all good breakfast excellent service was brilliant did not try the facilities that they offered as we weren't there long enough .woukd stay there again .

Very disappointed, our room required maintenance, furnishings and decorating. For instance, the sink lacked a plug, no fittings to hang towels, bath furnishing were badly affected by damp to the point of rotting. Paint had peeled off the walls, painted doors and skirting appeared filthy. There was nowhere to store our luggage, supplied furnishings were in poor condition. The room was of a good size with high ceilings and a sofa, comfortable beds with good clean linen. Good size pool but the jacuzzi lacked power.

It was overall good experience

On arrival, this place is set in a beautiful location and plenty of green, lovely welcoming from reception staff and went above and beyond with the customer service from start to finish. However the room itself had some issues which I’d raised to the reception staff. Food was pretty good, so compliments to the chef. Room 11 and 12 are positioned near the kitchen extraction fan!!!!

The hotel is close to the Pen y Fan hiking trail, so I would recommend it if you're coming here for hiking. However, the room and facilities are a bit old. The staff were really nice. There was no mini fridge in the room, but the staff were happy to store our packed lunch in their fridge the night before.

Great hotel with a lovely restaurant menu. A fabulous quality breakfast included with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend, we've stayed here 6 times, excellent value for money, good deal on the website.

Please avoid this place. In breakfast you can only order sausage because they do not have the items on the menu available , Only filter coffee not latte as they can't afford it so we have to pay separate + very unhelpful staff. I really wish I didn't book this place and waste my money. Total disaster

Well located. Lots of rooms. Nice simple spa. Only breakfast could be a bit better. If you are late after 9am aside from the English breakfast they give to you freshly made, the other options in the table aren’t really stocked. Still okay

Die Lodge liegt mitten in der Natur. Es ist von hier 20 min bis zu einem Wasserfall. Das Abendessen ist grossartig und das Personal sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist ok, jedoch nichts besonderes.

Looks like need an upgrade everywhere, the bed and the mattress very poor quality, shower not fitted properly.

Great place to stay. Staffs are really kind.
