Good value for your money. Pool and waterslide were great. Convenient location. We will stay here again.

Breakfast is a 1 cold sandwich, brown bread toast, egg, floppy bacon.(we didnt eat, i booked for the breakfast)(note to hotel: juice boxes,yogurt, milk would be nice for families) For those who looking for what the breakfast is. I recommend if your looking for a hotel to feed the family in the morning. Choose elsewhere. I did not make the pool. Cannot comment. It took 30 minutes to check in the room. Key was not working. Back and forth.... would have been easier to give us a diffrent room late at night.

Nice, clean spot. The price is right, the staff are super friendly and the breakfast was great! The only thing id suggest to improve the stay would be another blanket. Theyre very thin

The ad said continental breakfast, but my husband (who stayed there) had his order taken by a waitress for eggs and bacon or sausage and toast with hash browns. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to experience a stay here on my trip through Lloydminster.

I gave this 3 stars. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good and quick. Rooms were clean. Only real thing I can not give more than 3 stars for is the rooms on the south side facing the highway which is the main highway for all traffic you can hear the road noise coming from the all traffic all night. As well the location isn’t that convenient if doing anything in town. Also when are hotel chains going to realize we live in an electronic age and plug in are required for plugging devices in. It’s ridiculous there are absolutely no wall plugs to plug things in.

Were in Lloydminster for a sleep apnea test. We stayed here instead of driving 2 hours home and then 2 hours back the next day. We had a very comfy quiet, restful night at the BCMI. This has been our go to motel for quite some time. Love the staff and the motel

At check in, I witnessed some alarming behavior by the manager (Mr Cruz) that I will share here. The front desk person answered a call as I approached. She indicated she was with a customer and put that call on hold. Very professional and (in my opinion) appropriate in the moment. There are two work stations at the desk. After approximately 60 seconds a man rushes past me and around the desk to the other computer station. He is loudly speaking on his phone and starts POUNDING...yes pounding on the keyboard. I am amazed that the keys did not dislodge. It was so distracting that I actually said something to him. He says corporate had been put on hold and he had to fix it. As if this excused is actions. I can only imagine what this person is like to work for. In my career, I can recognize a bully a mile away. The employee gave me excellent service and did her very best to remain quietly calm and to "dial out" his behaviour to provide a good check in experience for myself.

I like being able to walk directly outdoors from my room and park my vehicle in front of my room.

Pool and slide were good. Room cleanliness was okay. Noisy at night with crews outside drinking and partying and no enforced quiet hours on weekdays. Restaurant and maintenance staff friendly, but front desk staff were not. Better rates through third party websites. Would only book here if want pool/slide and something less expensive than other hotels in town.
