Non spicy and homely food as usual was serve for a child not used to Hotel food by Chief Chef Devender. Restaurant Manager Amol Jadhav has shown good hospitality as usual while executing quick orders. Sayali and the two other receptionist were cordial and helpful as usual. Excellent food, good ambience and service. Enjoyed stay.

It was very amazing stay.. Very comfortable and relaxing.. It's a good hotel if you are here for a pit stop... If you are on the way to puna Or Mumbai this is an amazing option... Chef devendra and waiter amol were very polite and very helpful... Some recyclable tissues were here.. So it was very different and refreshing...

I had booked here for my parents' anniversary, they had a very good experience! Thankyou Tej Singh for arranging an anniversary surprise for them. The check in and stay was smooth . They accomodated their stay per their convenience. Very good

We went there for one night stay and it was so great. All of the staffs are very cooperative specially Mr. Tej Singh. Room was spacious. Though I'll suggest it needs little renovation in terms of basic amenities. Food was also good. We had a special request for room decoration and it was also fulfilled by them so well that makes our stay more memorable.

Needs to be updated as per modern facilities... However...Hotel was clean..Food was good and services were good.. We have visited for our friends bachelorette party which was suprise for her ....We requested Staff for the decoration...Staff has decorated very beautifully and superb Great stay...only need to upgrade

We have visited to Sterling Lonavala for my wife's birthday celebrations….team had made very good decorations for celebrations…it was totally surprise for wife and they made it possible Thanks Team…relax appreciate your efforts. food quality is also very good..all meals had good selection.

The food was the best we have ever had in a hotel. Very homely non spicy and non oily. A lot of variety was served. There was ample of parking space for all the vehicles and buses. The swimming pool was clean. The welcome drinks were tasty. The staff was very helpful especially Mr. Tej Singh and Mr. Anil

Had a wonderful stay and excellent hospitality with warm welcome. Food was delicious room very much comfortable. Staff was very much polite and respectful. Everything we enjoyed and it feels like extend our stay or we wish to visit again soon

The room and food was a disaster. Water was remaining stagnant in the bathroom. The T V had to be replaced as it was not working. The light was falling from the holder. We were in Suite 1 and the only good thing was that there was space for relaxing. The rooms were clean and the staff was courteous Food was the same for Breakfast and dinner on almost all the 4 days we stayed except change in 1 of the item on the Menu or sweet dish. Tej Singh specially, and the staff did all that they could to make our stay pleasant but two basic things like room and food not upto the mark did not give us a good vibe

The experience was outstanding. The staff were helpful and considerateSpecifically Mr Anil Housekeeping Manager and Chef Amol. Resort is maintained well and food is outstanding! We found this perfect for a fam vacation. We saw an astrologer too so go ahead and get to know about your zodiac sign .

It was a family trip and to be presiced the best till date. We enjoyed very much. The service is very nice. Staff is very cooperative and soft spoken. Rooms were clean and neat. We enjoyed the swimming in pools. It’s a wry easy connectivity resort from travellers point. Food a very tasty and service is also excellent. We strongly suggest to visit this place.
