The floors of the room were damp.. There was electricity problem everyday in the room allotted to us. Every day we had to call maintenance person for restoring electricity in the room even in the middle of the night. There is no separate play area The table tennis was kept near the staircase where there are inflows of people from swimming pool and other side which makes the area wet and dangerous to play.

One of the Worst Stays Ever – Avoid! Had a terrible experience at Lagoona Resort, Lonavala. Stained bedsheets, broken tap, non-functional phone, and repeated requests just to get Wi-Fi. The room was full of mosquitoes, and no one was present at the reception during checkout. Horrible service overall — not worth the money or the stress. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

this resort has unique procedures, which you dnt find anywhere else. worst staff. they forgot to give me gate pass which is mandatory to leave hotel. security rudely told me that i havent check out. which is like i am running away. made me to return to reception just to collect a hand written note. manager was quitely hearing my conversation with staff but didnt intervene. pathetic experience i had with hotel.

It was awesome experience with loogna resort. I could say staff behavior was very nice. Thanks to Urmila and Shruthi. Breakfast and dinner was so delicious 😋 Recommended to stay. One concern property little old.need to renovation .or else everything is nice.

Food quality and quantity was perfect. Rooms are clean and staff is also very helpful. Property is maintained perfectly. Hotel also keep different events for entertainment purposes. Outside food is also allowed which is add on even though hotel food is very delicious.

Checked in at 10.00pm, well organised by staff with welcome drink. Food varieties and quality was very good. WiFi service inside rooms needs to be updated. The bathroom and toiletries are proper. Common areas like lobby and cafeteria are best at their affords. The staff are friendly and helpful.

great place..perfect ambience...aweaum staff....food delicious...wat more can i say... worth the money spent....very very helpful staff....pool was clean all the time....room service top notch.....water 24/7.....tea..coffee in all rooms..view was great from the balcony too...

stay was really unexpectable ..we got the best experience from Lagoona team it is really good property and the food are delicious and activity was nice ..we enjoyed magic show and live music and hi tea which was complimentary from them .. staff are really helpful Afreen,Anjali ,Vaishanvi Akash, Chef Nevid and Sudhir team keep it up team with your good work.

We had great experience in Lagoona resort ..we really enjoy the rooms were clean and swimming pool and ambiences and the activities which the management organize was really memorable . I will really recommend to everyone please visit to the this property . Really wanted to mention staff name Anjali who are really very helpful from and checking in till out.

We came with our family friends and its really very -friendly resort ..the ambience and food are really delicious the rooms arelclean but needs improvement in bathroom fittings. We will really recommend this resort to our friends. Staff is really cooperative & your every wish will be taken care of. What we missed is spa & gym. We would like to recommend to management to provide this. The staff name we really wanted to mention ,Anjali front office Sakshi and Vaishnav from HK and Akash ,Shudhir and Nived from service

We had a amazing experience in Laggona resort the service was very fast we did the adventure activities as well we really enjoy the staff was really helpful and they are very kind । especially Anjali and Afreen from Guest relation are helpful and they both have a smiling face always.

We had a good stay here.. While the property is old its big with spacious rooms and t's still well maintained and the staff is good and generous. It was our Anniversary and Ms. Afreen arranged a beautiful Cake for the evening. Food was good and buffets had a good spread options. Our kid had a great time and he enjoyed the Archery, Zipline & Lagoona crossing activity which was very well guided by the staff there. There are areas of improvement in the rooms pluming area and improve the room ambience a bit. Thanks 😊

We had wonderful stay with Lagoona resort . This was our 1st time and it was amazing the rooms were spacious and the food in the restaurant was delicious and the property is very good . It was a really memorable stay and the staff was really helpful especially Anjali from front office Vaishnavi from HK and the Aakash from FNB is really very courteous and smiling face.

The stay was in Lagoona resort was amazing the room was spacious and ambience of the property was very super and the food which we had in patio restaurant was excellent and they provide us complimentary hi tea as well and we had very warm welcome from staff especially Anjali from the reception and Sudhir from the FNB department were very helpful.
