My stay was ok. Air condition cooling was not proper i had to open windows. It is centrally located. Staffs are good and co-operative. Room and bath room was clean and had hot water too. Breakfast was very very limited.

The quality of food served was not good. We had ordered tea there. Salt was added in the tea instead of sugar. In the morning we said we want the breakfast delivered to our room and we will be paying the applicable charges for the same. The f & b staff seemed to be annoyed and didn't want to serve food to our room. We have been visiting this hotel for the last 2 years and this time the behaviour of some new staff was quite rude. The staff at the reception also dont respond to your queries, as if you are unwanted. Overall a poor experience.

Lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner and breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The property is kept in good condition and the rooms were pleasant. It's a small place but has lots of plants, making it a cozy retreat that feels like staying at someone's home. It's on the main road in lonavala, close to the market and within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The food could be better though. We only tried the breakfast buffet, but i think they could improve the quality of the food.

The whole place has beautiful layout. There are swings in some part and flowered pots ***** the walking track. Rooms are clean, organised, pleasant with good lighting and colours. They have awesome food options for morning breakfast and also served evening snacks. The staff is good as well. The place is located in centre of city.

The location is 5 star. The rooms were big and very clean. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The food was good, some of the dishes like cheese balls, pane-er chilli, fried rice and noodles were excellent. All in all it was a comfortable stay. We were in the city centre so everything was within walking distance and places like lions point etc were a short drive away. Only minus point was the early checkout at 10. 30 am.

This is our 3rd time visit to Avion We stayed for 2 nights. The room was neat, clean and spacious. All basic amenities were provided. All staff was very efficient and courteous. Room service was good. B.F. -- Variety of spread. Loved it We tried buffet dinner. That too had variety. Quality of food was very good and it was also tasty Playing room was there with carrom, T.T etc The resort was surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees. One can just spend time relaxing there. Overall we had a Relaxing Stay

It was good place, slightly pricier for what was on offer. Great location if you like to stay in lonavala town centre

Hotel was very neat and clean also very good for family with kids. Food was also very nice and tasty.

Located in a prime location with clean rooms and friendly staff, this is highly recommended. Worth every penny.
