Room had comfortable double bed (although a little short in length), ensuite shower and basic cooking facilities which we didn't use. Ideally located in West Hampstead which has a lovely villagey feel with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. Only a few minutes walk from the 3 stations in West Hampstead so ideal to get into London. Check in is in shop across the road and entry into the building is by key pad so very secure. We had a room at the back on the 3rd floor which was very warm even though we used the air conditioning. Overlooked the pub garden next door. This didn't affect us as we were out in the evening and came back after the pub closed but bear this in mind if you are a light or early sleeper!

Lovely location, bed too small length ways, excellent shower, bathroom too small, reception on other side of the road, no bar or communal area. Cane back to a pile of bomit at entrance, next to a busy pub so part of the risk.

Very old apartments,not a hotel in the traditional sense. The shower did not work. Bedroom walls peeling off,window ancient,rust and damp on the outside. Old furniture as in badly maintained. Kitchenette no plug. Reception in a different building. Separate keys to get in front entrance.felt unsafe. Bathroom was ok except for shower which did not work. The cost of this was not worth it,overpriced.

Very disappointing visit. Tiny room, very bashed about and noisy. You hear every bang and movement in the other rooms in the block. Told we could have a 2nd single duvet in writing in advance and then when we arrived, nothing had been sorted and the reception were not just unhelpful but semi-hostile. Do yourself a favour and try your luck elsewhere.

Don’t be fooled by the photos. This location is tatty and a bit grim. I’ve stayed in other Nox properties that are maintained to a better standard. The location is good but the property is dated and poorly presented.

There are a lot of broken doors, cracked tiles, chipped mirrors and missing corner from units. We did however find the that towels and sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is good for what we were doing whilst in London and with shops all around it was very easy to grab a snack or a coffee. The building was safe and the check in was easy.

Hotel is in a nice area, close to transport links and with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Reception is across the road which is quite confusing when you arrive. The public areas are a bit shabby. Room is small but has comfortable bed, shower is nice and there is a small kitchen area, hairdryer and iron, etc. no desk space which is a bit annoying if you’re there for work reasons. Only drawback is the lack of soundproofing- noises from both within and outside the hotel (there are pubs outside nearby) really carry, so if you are a light sleeper pack some earplugs!

I stayed at Nox Hotels West End Lane One while visiting friends in the UK in June. The room was very small—if my suitcase was laying on its side I had to step over it to get to the bathoom—but that's standard for European hotel rooms and for London in particular. Tiny bathroom but well-lit with ample toiletries provided, and both the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean when I arrived. When I requested additional fresh towels and toiletries to accommodate a friend who joined me on the last day of my stay they were promptly provided. My room also had a kitchenette, which was clutch as I arrived from the US absolutely exhausted and jet-lagged, so the ability to cook/reheat food in the middle of the night after waking up on the wrong time zone again was appreciated. TV had a decent channel selection but also several streaming app options, so I was able to log onto my Netflix account and continue watching my shows. The West End Lane tube and overground stops are only an 8-minute walk away, and there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and small convenience stores in the area so you don't have to go far for food and conveniences. Important points of note for travelers: * The reception office is actually across the road from the hotel building itself. You have to go there first to check in, and then they will bring you across the street. I was confused when I arrived because my Uber took me to the hotel building itself, but I hadn't properly checked the check-in instructions. The reception office is open from 8AM-6PM, as best as I can recall; I arrived and departed within those hours so I was fine, but it's worth it to keep that in mind. * This property does not have an elevator/lift. For some reason I had thought it did—I knew I would be traveling with substantial luggage and wouldn't have selected it if I'd believed it didn't—and lugging my suitcase up, and later down, 3 flights of stairs was a pain. There are other hotels in London of similar price range and convenience to Central London that do have elevators, so if that's something important for one's travels (whether due to luggage or to mobility constraints) keep that in mind as well. Overall a solid stay, nothing extraordinary that would mean I deliberately seek out this property again but a pleasant visit that did the job.

I had a really bad time at this hotel. I got there at 9pm and the confirmation email said reception was open till 11pm. I got there and reception had closed at 6, I called the emergency number and no one picked up. I kept ringing and eventually someone text me back, refusing to pick up the phone. First they said I didn't have a reservation, then they said I had one but my card was expired so they'd tried to call me many times then cancelled the booking. They had tried to call once, not left a message, or email or text. Eventually someone came and let me in after 45 mins. I was fuming and she didn't apologise or take any responsibility. As for the room, the wifi didn't work, the shower was too hot and couldn't be turned down, the towel rail burned me and dripped. The room was generally of poor quality. I cannot believe how rude this woman was and if I had an option I would have gone elsewhere. Also the location on google maps is wrong so I went to the hotel II first. I would never come here again.
