Close to London Eye and Big Ben, friendly staff, very cozy, clean and tidy

Staff is good, but there are few amenities and no laundry room.

The room was not clean even water was outside room one of guest requested to clean but no one did

Good location, large room, but noisy before 12:00PM

it was a horrible experience to say the least. i mean, staying in a hostel doesn’t mean comfort , but i expected at least to sleep well. My bed was the D-bed, it means right by the door, literally every time somebody enters they hit the bed and by extension my head. Breakfast was o.k, but out of the 7 days i stayed in , the coffee machine worked only two days. If you are lucky you will get the upper bed which grant you more privacy, and extra ask that you do not have the bed by the door. Bathrooms are clean for the most part. Location is also good.

If you're considering a visit to St Christopher Inn, London Bridge, think twice. I had an appalling experience that started off well enough—with food and drinks ordered and served. Then, out of the blue, security shows up to ask me to take off my baseball cap, offering zero explanation for this sudden demand. I tried to escalate the issue to the pub manager, but instead got another face from the security team telling me to vacate the premises. Mind-boggling, especially since it was these same individuals who welcomed me into the venue, baseball cap and all. But after two rounds of drinks and a meal, they decide to flip the script and enforce this senseless 'rule.' The proprietor needs to wake up to this ludicrous conduct displayed by the staff. Discriminating against a customer over a baseball cap in this day and age is disgraceful and entirely unacceptable. Bottom line: avoid this place like the plague. If something as trivial as wearing a cap can lead to such heavy-handed treatment, it's not worth the risk. I certainly won't be going back.

Terrible hostal. Me quedé una semana y el último día movieron todas mis cosas porque planearon mal su administración de los cuartos. Me movieron a un cuarto de 20 cápsulas con el AC roto. Un horno. La administración perdió varias de mis pertenencias y solo algunas aparecieron en bolsas de basura después de reclamar. Tratan a los latinos como ciudadanos de segunda. Piensan que van a resolver todos los problemas dándote un cupón para su bar que es caro y malo. Los cuartos son incómodos y el personal de limpieza es mediocre y sucio. Los baños son sucios. El barrio peligroso, lleno de borrachos y ***********.
