伊頓聯排別墅(The Eaton Townhouse)

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Firstly, nothing in the booking i originally made indicated that it was a sister hotel to a different one that was 5 minutes away, which is where you would check in and collect the room key from. The hotel room was pretty nice but a standard hotel room. Nice TV but our remote did not work, didn’t even have a back on the batteries, just some tape. We left for dinner that evening and when we came back, the door to our room would not open, no matter how much we pressed the key card to it. I rang the reception and she made us a new one, therefore we had to walk to the other hotel to collect it. We went back to our room and still, the keycard would not open the door. I rang again and the lady came round to our room, and came to the conclusion that the issue was the door itself and she’ll send someone the next morning to fix it. Me and my partner were pretty annoyed as we now couldn’t go back out that evening and were stuck in the room. We were not offered a change of rooms or anything like that. The next day someone finally comes in the afternoon to ‘fix the door’, but instead she came in and fixed the safe? I’m glad we were still in the room to see this, otherwise we would have returned late at night from ‘the weeknd’ concert and the door would not have opened again. I once again rang reception and told them what happened, they said they’ll send her around again. At this point it was about 1:30pm and no sign of anyone. We ended up leaving as we did not want to waste anymore of our day. I rang reception later in the afternoon where they then confirmed the door had been fixed. When we checked out the following day i told the 2 men at reception that i wasn’t happy or impressed with this, and neither had much to say, just ‘sorry’. For the price of almost £350 that we paid, i feel we were totally ripped off, and not offered any compensation at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Aspetti positivi: Posizione (a 5min da Victoria station) e pulizia sopra la media inglese. Aspetti negativi: Camera davvero piccola ed essenziale, con moquette. Check in che viene effettuato in un hotel che dista circa 5/7 min dalle camera. Non ottimo il rapporto qualita’ prezzo.

When I arrived I had to wait for several minutes whilst the painters & decorators moved their paint pots etc to allow me to get in. Then I had to make my way up 3 flights of narrow stairs with a 20kg suitcase without touching the wet paint. The smell of paint pervaded the whole place. When I left at 09.00am the painters were back on the property - same story in reverse. I paid over £200 for this experience! Absolutely unacceptable and if they don't refund in full then good luck to them.

在我的標題中，我之所以說“出奇的好”，是因為我住過許多價格相似的倫敦酒店，但它們絕對很糟糕。走進我的房間真是太棒了，它很現代，非常乾淨，而且非常舒適。雖然很小，但飯店房間也很多，而且我住過的房間肯定要小得多。是的，這有點基本，但是一分錢一分貨，在這個價格範圍內，這是我發現的最好的（我幾乎每個月至少在倫敦呆一次）。最初我被這家酒店沒有接待處而推遲了，你必須在拐角處的姐妹酒店 - 貝弗利酒店辦理入住。我很高興我沒有因此而推遲，因為這不是什麼大問題，因為兩家酒店彼此非常接近（步行大約只需三分鐘）。伊頓聯排別墅似乎只有八個房間，因此它沒有 24/7 全天候有人值班並設有接待處也是有道理的。我明白了，如果我附近有另一家更大的酒店，我也不會支付接待人員的費用。對我來說，地點始終非常重要。這家飯店位於維多利亞車站後面，因此搭乘火車、地鐵/地鐵、巴士和計程車非常方便。我發現它在飛往蓋特威克並搭乘火車前往維多利亞時特別有用。然後我就可以走到拐角處卸下我的行李（即使現在辦理入住還為時過早，您仍然可以將行李寄存在貝弗利酒店。我到達得很早，比正常入住時間早了幾個小時，&我仍然可以毫不拖延地去我的房間）。總而言之，就價格而言，您很難找到更好的選擇。我一定會再留在這裡。

乾淨的地方和友善的員工。浴室裡滿是黴菌。但等火車時他確實在那裡睡了幾個小時。

Nice rooms however, not disabled friendly. I asked for ground floor on booking and was put on the second. There was no lift so struggled.

Room was modern but tiny. Just enough room to walk round the small double bed. Bathroom good size. Nowhere to hang clothes. Nowhere to sit. Very uncomfortable bed with urine stained mattress!! Totally unacceptable

The good Nice decor Good tv and shower Quality towels and shower gel, shampoo etc Bed was comfy and good size Location terrific for Apollo Theatre, plenty of restaurants and cafes on next street and Victoria station 3 mins walk The not so good Don’t tell you check in is on another hotel and was a bit of a faff Carpet is in need of a very good clean - very grubby You need to sit on the bed to open bathroom door as door appears to be hung the wrong way round Very noisy rooms - can hear every creek from the room above Light outside my window in yard area shining through and made sleep difficult Heating controller didn’t work No reception and have to call re simple things like wanting more milk, another pillow etc or Iron Room is small Might sound like a lot of negatives but it was a comfy and mostly clean room with decent facilities and for a good price. Would possibly stay again but do like to have a breakfast on site and reception but location great for the price

I love this place. I dont want to review it because then it will be too busy for me to ever get a room there (i've made that mistake previously)
