旅屋酒店-倫敦温布利(Travelodge London Wembley)

房間乾淨又大...很棒..漂亮的浴室。但從飯店的另一邊來看，一整天交通都很擁擠…飯店靠近高速公路…做好準備：））石橋公園站距離飯店不遠，步行 15 分鐘即可。巴士站距離 Reeption 僅幾步之遙 👍

房間有異味並且沒有正確清潔。

這個位置對我們來說很好，停車很方便，步行即可輕鬆到達機庫巷地鐵站，通往市中心的網路也很發達。不幸的是，這次我覺得清潔度很讓人失望。備用枕頭上有血跡，上面有一個新箱子，窗簾掛在欄桿上。我們樓層的走廊裡也有一股難聞的BO氣味。對其他人一無所知。工作人員很友好

Nice and friendly hotel. Some lovely members of staff. The tall chap behind the bar Mudasar legend and I the lovely Rutvi so friendly. The food and the meal deal is well worth the value. All staff are working hard to make it a great stay and are always friendly. That makes the experience great and worth another visit.

The family room we stayed in was in 6th floor and extremely hot. The window there didn't open, so it was impossible to get it aired. The fan which was provided didn't work on the highest speed and had to run throughout the night. Regardless of the fan going it was so hot and stuffy we all struggled to sleep, especially the kids (9,5 and 1) There was initially no towels provided for us. The wet room kept flooding at anybody showering so unlessnwe dried the floor with our towels then the WC was all surrounded by water and the idea of us walking in that was making us feel sick. Additionally no vent in sight to air the wet room, either. The TV remote wasn't working. Drinks vending machine was out of order and they were charging £2.25 per 330ml water bottle! Food was not only overpriced but also it was the driest and hardest plate of chips we ever had, kids went to bed hungry. The morning when we were leaving our daughter fell over outside in the car park and injured her knee, there was no clear pathway, so we needed to manoeuvre between the cars making sure she's not at risk od getting hit by a car. The nearest shopping facility was 20mins walking distance. Overall a very bad stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

Was a nice stay,great stuff very polite.don’t know about the food didn’t have the chance to eat since I had a different plans.the lady at the reception was very friendly,my check in was 3pm but was able to check in early with just £10.see you guys next time

Muy buen sitio para pasar unos días, hemos estado genial, muy buen servicio, la limpieza, recepción el trato de Falguni muy buena mujer y siempre ayudando con lo que hemos necesitado, me voy muy contento, si vuelvo a Londres este Travelodge es muy buena opcion
