Absolutely gorgeous hotel, lovely specious rooms which are well equipped

My key cards wouldn't open my room with 4 different sets. The staff members spoke down to me as if I'd 'put them next to my phone', after 4 trips to try and enter my room, a staff member escorted me and the 'key fob battery had run out'. The hotel is dated, items in the room were broken, and one life was out of order causing queues to get up and down. Would I stay again, no.

The hotel checks all items on the list (bar, restaurant, valet, concierge etc), but it really is just check marks. The bar is cold and lacks atmosphere + the barmaid is VERY cheap on the pours, even doubles, the restaurant in the hotel is only open for breakfast, the only other restaurant serves an indian fare that is really spicey, so you eat there once only. The valet was nice and so was the concierge. The lobby, like the bar, is cold and unattractive. The best part is the pub across the street.

Struttura vecchia, in Italia non sarebbe neanche un 2 stelle. Servizio scadente, temperature delle stanze indecente (15 / 16 gradi). Una vergogna, non ci tornerei mai.

Malheureusement pour l'hôtel n'était pas au niveau des attendus comme présenté sur le site ou bien pour son nombre ⭐️. Une piscine froide... Un sauna qui ne fonctionnait pas... Un frigo dans la chambre non frais... Une clim qui soufflait de l'air chaud... Une wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas... Et puis un buffet pour le petit dejeuner proposant peu de choix et le même d'un jour à l'autre sans se renouveller. Au niveau du lit, il s'agissait de deux matelats rapprochés au lieu d'un seul et unique matelat étant sur un lit double. Au niveau du personnel, celui-ci était très accueillant et aimable. Rien à dire sur ce point. D'une manière générale: Déçue de l'établissement.
