Gute Lage im Zentrum Londons. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Frühstück war perfekt. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas älter. Auch die Schränke sind nicht mehr die neuesten. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel eher grenzwertig. Bett und Mini-Bar ganz ok. Das Bad war schön gross aber auch veraltet. Room-Service wardafür sehr gut. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel ist es eine 7/10.

Everything Good

Traditionally styled hotel with some nice quirks. We stayed over the weekend and got a great rate on a basic room and used our Marriott Suite upgrades and were given a deluxe suite. Like others say, there is little natural light and the rooms are furnished in dark colours but we liked it and it felt cosy and snug. The deluxe suite was more comparable in terms of size to an average hotel's junior suite. Breakfast was rather disappointing, toast was sliced hovis, the pastries and muffins were rather tasteless and smoked salmon was advertised as part of the continental but we didn't say any on the buffet on either days we dined. The fruit selection was however very good, but I wouldn't be happy paying £25pp for the continental breakfast if it wasn't included. What sets this hotel apart however is the standard of service from the staff, this was excellent. In particular James on the door was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond for guests. Location is great for access to transport links, in under 5 minutes walk you are at Bank and a few minutes longer gets you to Liverpool Street for access to Heathrow on the Elizabeth Line. We will certainly return.

My partner and I had a pleasant two night stay at Threadneedles. It's close to Tube stations that got us around to North London and we were able to walk to a lot of sites (London Bridge, Borough Market, St. Paul's, Southbank, etc.) and up to Shoreditch. The bed was comfortable and while some folks may not like that the room doesn't have a lot of natural light, we found it pleasant. I will say that if you are not a couple/solo the bathroom situation would be a bit awkward because the door has visibility straight into the bathroom. The room was quiet, which was great after getting in from Los Angeles. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Exemplary service, wonderful space - an oasis of peace in the City! The food served is excellent, the coffee is some of the best I’ve been served at a hotel breakfast and all of the staff are incredibly courteous and friendly. I can honestly say this has been one of the best London hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It’s just a shame I’m only here for a short stay!

What a Wonderful Experience at theThreadNeedles Marriott. After a long flight the staff was amazing. It was over Easter Holiday and could not be more accommodating. They let us check in early and upgraded our room. Everything was first rate and we enjoyed our stay. Front desk was the absolute BEST. Gave my tired son pick me up with chocolates too! Highly recommend.

This is my first stay with Marriott’s Autograph collection brand. I enjoyed my stay with them, very comfortable and enjoyable experience. My room was upgraded upon arrival because of my gold status with Marriott Bonvoy. The room was luxurious for the price you pay but the size of the room a little smaller though. The hotel is located in between Liverpool street and Bank (station) with both stations at walking distance. Not very crowded area during the day but does get quite by the end of the day. The eating options are decent around the hotel but a lot of them close early. Though, walk to Liverpool street station side and you will get ample dining options. The room had quality amenities and I really liked the turned down service, the property is more of a business hotel, only downside was it was not open for lunch and dinner while I was staying with them. However, 24 hours in room dining service was available with a limited menu. I must appreciate the staff at the hotel. Very efficient and welcoming towards any kind of assistance you may need. I would not mind staying again with them.
