非常舒服。喜歡風景優美的露台。雖然柯林斯的房間有點平庸，但酒店本身已經足夠好了。

First visit for a few months but better than ever. Back to full steam, doormen friendly & efficient. Blue bar removated / upgraded. Friendly staff who know your name, awesome room with a balcony, the best breakfast in London. What more could anyone ask for. Outstanding

Brilliant restaurant! The food, service and ambience is absolutely 5 star. Hors d'oeuvre were delicious including the freshly baked bread. Really enjoyed the Monkfish main course. Very much appreciated the excellent friendly & knowledgeable service from the team. Thank you!

We traveled to London as part of our 35th anniversary trip and wanted to stay by Hyde Park. After significant research, we chose The Berkeley. It was 100% the right choice. The people are fantastic and after 24 hours they already know you. Giovani, in particular, was awesome in making sure our jet lag was taken into consideration while checking in with our Virtuoso perks. After check in, we found a clean and elegant room, outstanding housekeeping, and everyone continuing outstanding customer service. We loved staying in the Hyde Park area and hope to return soon to London and The Berkeley. In summary, a first class experience thanks to first class people.

Everything you would expect from a very well run 5* hotel. From the moment you arrive the staff take pains to ensure everything that you would like/need is available. Our room was attractively decorated and had a wide variety of teas and coffee available - the coffee was very good, as was the little cake that awaited us. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed and the slippers were more substantial than most hotel and very comfortable! There is a delightful rooftop pool (too cold to try it) but the views there are wonderful. Dinner was excellent as was the service, breakfast slightly less so.

Fantastic experience from The Berkeley team. Treated to a lovely grand balcony suite which was unexpected. A fantastic room with lots of amenities to count. Nothing was too much for the team and the service was brilliant. The rooftop pool is definitely a plus for a warm day in London. They also catered for my partner who had a nut and sesame allergy including use of the spa and afternoon tea. Only a small issue with the eggs being over cooked at breakfast but they rectified the issue straight away. This did not takeaway our experience and would be happy to stay again. They have definitely set the standard for when we visit London. Thanks again!

The service at The Berkeley was perhaps the best we've ever experienced. I have a significant disability and it is rare that I am spoken to without being patronised: yet not a single member of staff did that, which was unique. Indeed they all offered a friendly, down to earth, incredibly helpful and personalised service. The food in all venues on site is exceptional and we loved the different options. Marcus surpassed our expectations. We loved our room and the hotel was kind enough to add an extra chair that was more supportive for my back. The decor across the hotel is really interesting and imaginative. We were able to spend lots of time in Hyde Park, which is just across the road; indeed the hotel's location was convenient for so much of what London has to offer. My one suggestion to the hotel is to put in a proper matted area in the gym and to update the gym equipment to newer/better models. I had a lovely 7 night stay. I was in London for work but spent a long weekend there with a friend as well. The hotel is very well appointed, spotlessly clean and modern and the staff is amazing. I cannot say enough about the service. If I even thought about something it was taken care of by the genuine and lovely staff. Daniel who manages the restaurant in the mornings was a real gem, as were the concierge staff, the booking team, the housekeeping staff, the bellmen, and literally everyone we interacted with. I cannot thank you all enough for making the Berkeley feel like my home for a week. I would not consider staying anywhere else the next time I am in London.

My wife had been given a stay at this hotel as a gift , which unfortunately had expired during Covid. After a quick call the Berkeley was kind enough to extend its validity into this year- so we decided to coincide it with our 21 year anniversary weekend and come and stay. After a warm relaxed check in and quick tour of the bars and restaurants we hung out in the room for a bit. We could stream content from my iPad into the TV and there was a selection of on demand movies also included. After lunch and a few thousand steps around soho and Covent Garden we came back for hot baths and a freshen up before dinner. Music from the B and O speaker and complimentary champagne made it nice and relaxed. Slept well in the super king bed , the room was silent and dark. I had a swim to start the day, then a drench in the large shower. The Japanese style toilet is a nice touch. For Breakfast we chose a full English and a healthy option, there was a mornings worth of food and snacks as we chilled and watched TV prior to a late check out. Chilled and confident staff attended to our needs when needed, the hotel exudes confidence and style. Fantastic.
