柯芬園斯塔約公寓的評價

I was planning a trip with my parents and wife and suddenly I received an email my booking was cancelled without any reason. Now its impossible to get another place for the same value. To help even more, I will receive my money back only between 7~15 days from now. Honestly I'm devastated and don't know what do to.

The location is good at the apartment in good quality. BUT it was a buraucratic nightmare. They do not just accept dealing with *********** but have their own hopeless portal. First we paid *********** them we had to upload our credit card again in Stayos portal etc. I think I have received more than 20 emails from them just to stay three days. Their internet didnt work and showed to be extremely slow once they found out themselves how to reboot the router. However - much much worse is the fact that the apartment was not noise insulated towards the street. We literally did not sleep for three nights in a row,because of extremely loud music from a night club across the street and bike taxis also playing loud music. The apartment only have 3 mm single glass and large windows. We could just as well have slept on the street. We can NOT recommend this property nor the management or company, Stayo. Save your money anf find another place - or sleep in the street.
