I have always enjoyed the Hub hotels, I need an accessible room due to being disabled. I have always asked for 3 extra pillows as I need to prop my leg up to be able to sleep. When the young man from reception delivered my pillows we were told that I could only have 2 and that was the end of the conversation as far as he was concerned. I had a terrible night , and as he said it was now their policy to only allow 2 pillows I won't be using Hubs again. It seems an absolutely ludicrous hill to die on.

Very attractive hotel catering to a younger look. Space was small but cozy. Free coffee/tea in the lounge with drinks to purchase. I thought the room was nice for the size, with lots of hidden space for luggage. Hairdryer was hot and useful. My only concern was they only give you one towel for a two person room. Easily rectified when I approached staff. Key card stopped working on night 2, again easily fixed by staff. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would stay here again.

Started for 2 nights with my daughter. Great location - we walked to Oxford Street, Regent Street, convent Gardens from the hotel. Staff were really friendly. Unfortunately hairdryer didn't work in our room and shame there wasn't tea and coffee facilities in our room but the lounge area offered 24hr tea and coffee. Not alot of space to put clothes just a few hangers. The Bed was very comfy but did have to ask for extra pillows as theres only 2 on the bed. Breakfast was ok shame no cooked breakfast option. We ordered pizza on our late arrival and it was served quickly and tasted delicious. Note the room did get cold as when you leave the room heating turns off they told us it takes 15mins to heat up,once heated the room was cosy.

Not bad but the bedrooms are becoming a bit frayed around the edges. Control panel mostly did not respond to touch. Nowhere to hang big towels to dry. I asked for room to be made up ( so I could get dry towels) but it didn’t happen the first day I asked. Happened the next day with a reminder. Offered a free drink for the miss. Staff nice and welcoming.

Good location, but price could be better. Very limited room facilities - no tea or coffee in the rooms, bed was slightly small, as was the room and the view beyond the secondary glazing (outside of hotel/ Juliette balcony) was not the cleanest. Staff were helpful & friendly & inside the room was clean.

Great location. Friendly staff. Bed comfy. Good nights sleep. Spoiled by below par breakfast. No cooked option and poor continental choice. Shame. Poor porridge ( only hot option). Pastries tired and tasteless. Fruit limited. Average fresh fruit salad.

Couldn't fault the location of this, you're in walking distance of at least 3 main tube stations, shops and places to eat. Plus it's walkable from Euston. Rooms are clean, compact but have everything you need for a short stay. I actually quite liked my room. There's no tea or coffee facilities but there is a lounge area where you can grab drinks etc. This is also where you get breakfast, which is also fine - if not functional rather than fancy. Most staff were really helpful. I arrived way before checkin on the off chance I could check in early, and managed to get in around 12pm rather than 3pm (you do need to pay a tenner for this which was well worth it to be able to hop in the shower and get ready). They kept hold of my bags while I explored for 3 hours before checkin which is also handy.

Easy to use hotel. Definitely good for short stays. I did miss having a window and felt like I was in a spaceship but that’s a given ad I’ve stayed there before. The only down side was the staff, acted as if they couldn’t be bothered and I even went to use the sled check in machine to which a staff member called me over to the desk to check in but proceeded to act as if they were annoyed by it, rolling their eyes and sighing at every thing. No thank you nothing didn’t even speak. Felt awkward
