Établissement fantastique! J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour. Le personnel est discret, très serviable et accueillant. Emplacement parfait à deux pas du parc et de la station High street Kesingston. Très bon petit déjeuné. Belle chambre pas très grande mais tout y est. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Dit hotel is perfect als je bij Hyde Park wilt zijn. Alle ov voorzieningen zijn in de buurt. De kamer is heerlijk schoon en warm. Dit is regelbaar, tevens is er een airco aanwezig én een plafondventilator. De badkamer is wat aan de kleine kant, douchen helaas in de badkuip en de waterstraal is net genoeg om jezelf af te spoelen. Wat ook prettig is, in de badkamer hangt een handdoekrek wat verwarmd is. Het ontbijt is sober, maar wel van prima kwaliteit. Van koffie en thee mag je de gehele dag gratis gebruik maken en er zijn opbergkluizen bij de receptie in het geval je je spullen wilt opbergen. Het ontbijt is gratis en erg lekker.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe vom Kensington Garden. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Personal sehr zuvorkommen. Es gibt einen Lift. Das Frühstückangebot ist gut. Besonders das Gebäck ist sehr lecker. Im 1. Stock kann man Teebeutel, Bademittel und Toilettenlapier selber nehmen. Die Geschäfte in der Umgebung laden zum Einkaufen ein.

Do not come here in the summer. These old London terraces look lovely -- and they are -- but they are NOT equipped for summer. This property has no zircon, and if you are on the top floors -- even the lower floors -- you will suffer. It's so hot. Fans are useless as they just push hot air around, and you can see the dust. Don't stay here in the summer. I woke up with an enormous headache each night and had to leave early. Not fit for the heat at ALL＞

This hotel allows a fair bit a freedom, which I really appreciate; you’re given a passcode to enter your beautiful apartment with most services included, cleaning service is extra but I didn’t mind the responsibility to keep your room clean. When it came to trouble organising transport, deciding on tours to attend or pretty much anything, all of the staff were extremely accommodating. Personally, I found my experience with Sonder really enjoyable. There wasn’t any additional services pushed on us, the location itself is really easy to access, (right near the Big Bus Tours stop). I would go to this place again if I were to visit London

Had a lovely time staying at the Sonder in Kensington! Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The room was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Exactly what we were looking for for our stay!

Very comfortable and spacious for London. Great location in Kensington! Super close to tube station and being right at Hyde Park is perfect for that morning Ron! Americans take note that closet space is limited but worked for us just fine.

Our queen suite room (114) was absolutely FILTHY, OLD & MOLDY. Pictures of the room on Google, Tripadvisor and in Sonder app are VERY MISLEADING. 1. Bathroom had mold and mildew, shower head had rust on it and fell apart. The mirrors were also either moldy or rusty. Everything was old and in desperate need of renovation. 2. “Heated” towel rack in the bathroom had open wires 3. Water pressure was super low; 4. Air conditioner made weird noises and looked like it’s 20 years old (which is probably true). 5. There were only 2 normal outlets in the room and at least 4 outlets in older british standard shape and therefore couldn’t be used for anything except lams. Sonder put a TV and a kettle in the room and yet didn’t install enough of proper outlets. We had to charge our gadgets one by one which was super uncomfortable. 6. There is an elevator in the building, but there are still stairs to the rooms from the elevator All in all the room felt dirty, smelly and nasty. We contacted Sonder about the issues and they offered to “talk to us in person”. It was almost 12 am, we were tired from the road and asked to wait till morning. Never heard from them again.
