Great location, friendly customer service

hyggelig og personlig service fra resepsjonen. Tradisjonell engelsk stil, litt slitent men hyggelig. Vi hadde suite med 2 soverom, og det var bra for damer på tur. Sentral beliggenhet.

I had a single room which was small but very comfortable. Slightly larger than usual single bed which was really comfortable. Everything you could need arranged very well in such a small space - fridge, kettle, desk and chair, nice shower etc. staff really lovely.

Given the cost I was very disappointed with my room. Stuffy , cramped and uncomfortable. Air conditioning was noisy. Bathroom facilities inadequate. Access to room was poor.

Súper friendly staff, very helpful and kind. The ambience in the hotel is really nice. It’s a great location as well, very convenient. Rooms were as described and well laid out.

A hotel right in the centre of London at a reasonable price and with a great service. the room was nice and large for a hotel room in Central London.

The 2 bedroom suite, for which we paid an extortionate price, was dilapidated and filthy. The kitchen and bathrooms were filthy, grimy and mouldy. The carpets were filthy and the walls were stained. Couldn’t even remove our shoes. Nothing luxurious about it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room are beautiful! Would definitely stay here again! Is a short walk to many dining options plus sites to see. Also close to the Marble Arch bus stop.

Our first night was not great because we had booked a Deluxe room and they gave us a Standard room by "mistake". We didn't realize until the next day. They apologized and changed us to a deluxe room. Make sure you get the room you book. Probably the best location possible in London, no matter what you like to do. Close to great food, shopping, tour buses, public transportation, entertainment, bars and anything else you might want to do in London. It is an old hotel and has the old-style luxurious feel. All the furniture is high quality and looks great. That said, as you would expect from an old hotel, it has that musty feel you get from dark colored wallpaper, wood and carpet, and not the crisp clean feel you get from modern decor. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Staying at the Leonard felt like traveling back in time in style. Pros: Great location Wonderful staff Small restaurant in the lobby (for coffee, breakfast, a drink and snacks) Safe Brand New Elevator Cons: No window blackouts and depending on the room the curtains might not close fully AC unit in our deluxe room was noisy and leaked, making the carpet wet Only one European (240v) and one American (120v) outlet in the bathroom (remember to bring UK outlet adapters) The mattresses feel old and are quite lumpy (we tried two rooms) Overall we do recommend this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it a lot.
