I stayed with my family in LIMEHOUSE Marlin Apartments commercial road and it was my worst experience ever. My deposit money was not refunded even after multiple calls and mails. Instead a member of staff Misbah at the front desk who wears the white shirt and black trousers was very rude to me shouting at the top of her voice She talks down on people and always ready for a fight. It is like she has woken up from the wrong side of the bed. This individual has upset many residents including myself. Her customer service is really appalling when somebody in her position should be setting an example. I hope you accept that this type of treatment is completely unacceptable. I would also like to hear your thoughts about this complaint and the next steps that will be taken.
