梅爾福切斯菲德酒店(The Chesterfield Mayfair)

The hotel was excellent. Historic, traditional yet somewhat modern. My wife and I are particular and well travelled and would consider staying at TCM again. The staff was top drawer, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was outstanding. We visited at Christmas so the property was as tastefully decorated and festive. The neighborhood is unbeatable. We highly recommend staying there.

A rare find. Customer service as it should be. Superb accommodation, wonderful breakfast and a staff that distinguishes this gem of a hotel from others (incl. 5-star big names) at which I’ve stayed. Trust the reviews on this one…it’s a special hotel.

We chose the Chesterfield Mayfair for it's elegant feel and location. We were definitely very happy with our decision to stay at this property! The staff was absolutely wonderful, from bellmen to concierge, to wait staff, actually every encounter was great. Special shoutout to Mustafa, who was such a pleasure. This is definitely a luxury property, and the room was well appointed. Housekeeping visited twice a day, once for cleaning and then again in the evening while we were out to draw drapes, tidy, and leave a treat on the pillow. We would definitely recommend for your visit!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Chesterfield! With only 2 nights in the city on our first London visit we chose The Chesterfield Mayfair based upon the reviews and photos - we were looking for the feel that the pictures portrayed. Upon arrival we were greeting by the most welcoming and helpful staff, and every staff member we met during our visit was just as warm and helpful. They make you feel like family! Special shout out to Mustafa, he's really a treat. The ambiance is luxurious, from the front entry with it's beautiful decor and on into the rooms with their elegant touches. The room is serviced 2x/day, in the morning and again in the evening to leave a goodie on the pillow and draw the drapes. The dining room was beautiful and the one meal we had at the hotel was very nice. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Such a pleasure to find such an oasis of comfort and gracious welcome in the heart of the city! From the welcome at the door to the lovely rooms to delicious offerings for dinner and breakfast, the Chesterfield Mayfair was the perfect stay to relax and wrap up a nice two weeks in Italy before flying home via London. Recommended on all levels!

The property is immaculate, the area is safe, quiet and very walkable. However, it’s the team at The Chesterfield that make this place truly exceptional. The seemingly endless attention to detail, thoughtfulness, consideration, special personal touches, warm greetings and overall helpfulness made our stay the best stay in any hotel - ever. We cannot wait to return!

This hotel and its staff go above and beyond to make visitors feel welcome and comfortable. Friendly greetings upon every interaction from doormen, front desk, bar help, and housekeepers. I was in need of having something purchased from a pharmacy during my visit and the staff made the trip for me probably saving my vacation!! I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough! Room was immaculate and charming. Perfect location.

I love this hotel! It's charming, clean, great location, staff are so helpful and friendly. I liked that it's not in an overly busy area so it's quiet but still very much walkable to the tube or shopping. Perfect stay in London!
