Cominciamo dalle cose positive: posizione comodissima per la stazione dei treni e della metropolitana di Victoria , ben collegata specialmente per chi arriva da Gatwick , albergo molto pulito e personale cordiale ed amichevole. Proseguiamo con quelle meno positive : bagno in comune, lo sapevo in quanto era specificato nella descrizione della camera singola che ho prenotato, e , cosa che gli ha fatto perdere un punto nella mia valutazione, camera troppo piccola e questo purtroppo non era indicato correttamente in quanto su Booking indicava di 8 mq era in realtà poco più di 5 mq (l’ho misurata). Diciamo che già 8 mq risulta un po’ claustrofobia ma 5 e’ proprio troppo piccola per circa 100 euro a notte. Insomma la sufficienza piena la merita ma non di più .

我不推薦這家酒店。雖然接待處很友好，外觀看起來也還行，而且位置也挺中心的，僅此而已。單人房共用淋浴/衛生間，一晚要190英鎊，簡直是敲竹槓。整間飯店瀰漫著怪味（霉味，香水味），床很狹窄，房間裡鋪著厚絨地毯（誰知道地毯有多舊，裡面是什麼），洗手池的照明燈壞了，沒有床頭燈，隔壁打電話都能聽到，房間只有幾平米，床罩和枕頭都太大，臉都蓋不住。這是我人生中第二糟糕的經歷（僅次於1993年在慕尼黑火車站區（Bahnhofsviertel）的一次下水，當時花了大約40德國馬克）。而且我可不想把入住期間想到的一切都寫下來…

Shout out to staff members Sunny and Nash who were kind, helpful and who went out of their way to take great care of us (directions, luggage, switching rooms). Hotel is in an amazing location, near both Victoria bus and tube stations. Easy walk to popular attractions. Rooms are small but clean and attractive. No lift and lots of stairs, so be warned if you have mobility issues.

Chambre numéro 45 très petite (pour nous, pas de chance, au quatrième sans ascenseur) 14 m2 annoncés, ressentis 9!!! Douche très petite, jet d’eau très faible, pommeau de douche fixé au mur, donc pas pratique pour se rincer. L’eau chaude met très longtemps à arriver et elle est aléatoire. Fenêtre en simple vitrage, donc aucune isolation thermique ou acoustique. Ménage quotidien très superficiel, j’ai retrouvé mes cheveux de la veille au même endroit dans la douche (la dernière journée il n’a même pas été fait : « un oubli ») Moquette au sol, assez désagréable et peu hygiénique pour marcher pieds nus. Le personnel est très disponible et très gentil. Dans la chambre, une bouilloire et café thé chocolat à disposition. L’emplacement est central et très pratique . Je suis étonnée des commentaires très positifs et des notes de 5 Etoiles . Notre expérience mérite juste la moyenne.

If you need a last-minute place to stay at exceptional prices, and don't have luggage to get up and down a bunch of stairs, this place is lovely. Small rooms but has everything you need for a budget stay. Nothing fancy but it's quiet enough to sleep (I asked for the top floor) and the staff are really lovely.

We stayed in room 11 the shower was not very good. The bed was horrible and the matrass needs throwing away.there was building works next to our window and it was covered over with a massive tarpaulin that made so much noise I could hardly sleep .the matrass had studs on it that stuck into me if I moved as there was just a thin under sheet cover
