一去到check-in，他安排了不同地方嘅酒店位置，安排的房間非常惡劣，是一個閣樓，我身高160cm也經常撞到頭,浴室也是一樣矮，洗澡時不停會撞到頭痛，由於屋頂是窗戶，下雨時非常嘈吵，非常難入眠。衛生情況一般又很小很小嘅昆蟲在地下爬行。放在地下的毛巾和枕頭，第二日清潔的職員又會放到你嘅床上。出發前有詢問過職員會否提供洗頭水和沐浴露，職員回覆說會提供洗頭水及肥皂，結果用完一天後沒有補回，要多次提醒才會補回。 As soon as we checked in, we were assigned to a different hotel location. The room provided was absolutely terrible—it was an attic, and even at 160 cm tall, I kept bumping my head constantly. The bathroom was just as low; I hit my head so many times while showering that it actually hurt. Because the roof had a window, the sound of the rain was incredibly loud, making it very difficult to fall asleep. The cleanliness was mediocre, and there were tiny bugs crawling all over the floor. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff took towels and pillows that had been on the floor and put them right back onto the bed the next day. Before arriving, I had asked if shampoo and body wash would be provided, and they assured me they would provide shampoo and soap. However, they never replenished them after the first day, and I had to remind them multiple times just to get a refill.

位置及服務不好，而且入住收一百磅deposit一星期都唔還返俾我。另外厠所無熱水，冬天洗澡真的凍到病。
