This is an amazing Premier Inn — we had gorgeous windows with a view of the Shard! Staff super helpful, especially appreciated Bankole’s assistance with our bags. Breakfast was good too with a full buffet and vegetarian stuff by order. See you again!

There were no rooms for early check in available. The price we paid for what was considered a double room was disgraceful, we were in room 302 which was a rather small corner room, the bath was small which was hard to use given the ceiling was at an angle (im 6ft 2") Air conditioning was non existent, very poor. Especially given as it wasn't working we could only slightly pull the window up to get some air into what was a box room. We were not told the large gates were locked after a certain time so when we came back from our event we didn't know where to go to get let into the premises. Overall the communication was poor. We were disturbed by cleaning staff before we were due to check out, of which my partner was still asleep and was woken.

I am very overwhelmed by the staff behaviour. Customer service is really great. It is already the second time in this hotel and I always come back due to the comfortably environment. The rooms are very well kept and for any issues they don’t hesitate solving it.

Dingy, stinky, noisy. The nice thing about it is location. Near borough mkt and Thames. Nice staff. Nasty rooms, bars dump garbages and kegs at 6-8am. Constant construction.

Appalling. Literally unable to check in. Whole group of people waiting. No one to be seen. Will never book. Premier inn again as I need a minimum of 200 characters appalling. Worst experience ever don’t come
