Our room was very tastefully decorated and the perfect base for seeing Beyonce at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium around a 25 minute bus ride away from just outside the pub. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We also enjoyed an evening meal in the pub before the concert and it was really tasty. Highly recommended!

Visiting my daughter who lives in Stoke Newington and a visit to the theatre. We were made very welcome by all the staff, from check in through to our evening meal and breakfast. Ideally situated, bus stop really near if you don't want to walk to the tube which is about 20 mins away. We had room 7, the junior suite. Great firm king size bed, and blackout curtains made sure you had a good night's sleep. There was some noise from the pub below but it didn't stop us from getting to sleep. The room is a generous size, great bathroom and selection of toiletries. Would highly recommend and if visiting again would definitely book.

A really good lunch. Excellent Bavette Steak with some great skin-on skinny fries cooked in fresh, clean oil and a lovely fresh mixed leaf salad with a good fresh dressing (£15). Well kept cask ale (£5.20). Highly recommended.

friendly staff great traditional food, stunning listed building. visited this place for lunch couldn't have made a better choice, a must see place if you are in the vicinity pop in and soak up the atmosphere. child friendly so whether with mates or family give it a try

A Londra per vedere Tottenham Milan, abbiamo soggiornato una notte. Stanza molto grande, pulita. La metropolitana dista 5 minuti a piedi e porta direttamente a Victoria Station. La colazione, servita nel pub, è stata ottima. Da ritornarci

Everything about our stay was spot on - we can forgive the dusty floor under the bed. Our room was spacious, airy and nicely furnished with a super bathroom. The bed was especially comfortable and the continental breakfast served in the bar was delightful. All the staff that we met we're pleasant and helpful.

Stock Newington is a great village within a city. The Rose and Crown is a pub with extremely comfortable guest rooms. Food and drink where great and the service was exceptional. It is just next to Clissold Park which is also handy.

Beautiful and romantic old pub. The atmosphere in the evening with the two open fires was amazing. The room was very modern and squeaky clean. We loved the tub, and the heating and wifi worked well. It is an old house so sounds travel easily, but the other guests were quiet, and being on the top floor, the evening noise from the pub below was no problem. In the summer, the big roof terrace must be amazing. The only element less perfect was the cold breakfast in a very cold corner of the pub. How lovely it could have been to come down to warm sausages, eggs, pancakes in front of a warm open fire....
