藝術之家酒店(Art House)

I would happily echo all the great reviews for this place. Cleanliness, style, welcome, location,kitchen facilities, lounge etc etc etc. Just the tiniest of grumbles would be the small size of room 4 (no seat to do my make up) and although it was private, having a shower/toilet room a few doors away didn’t work for me in the middle of the night!!

Just returned from a lovely 2 night stay in Art House in Derry. Would highly recommend Art House. Fab accommodation. Bedroom was snug n cosy with super comfy bed. Communal areas catered for everything. Decorated to a very high standard. Lovely breakfast in sister boutique hotel The Lawrence (at an extra cost but worth it)Staff very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back. Derry and it’s people are great !

Awesome little boutique place to stay with a fabulous style to it . Welcomed with a smile and informative conversation. Kitchen is well equipped and you can cook what you want if you don’t want to eat out, you can help yourself to cereals and tea and coffee in the morning as well again if you don’t want to eat out . We opted for the cooked breakfast at the Lawrence house . It was delicious and I tried white pudding for the first time which i surprisingly liked. . It is on a steep bank so if you have breathing problems on exertion it’s probably wise to try and park as close as possible to the house. We got parked no problem in fairness. The only thing that made it not perfect for me was there was no where in my room where I could sit and do my hair and make up , no dressing table/chair . Not a negative in any way just a review . Wifi good . Bed awesome . Shower wasn’t powerful but done the job . Thanks for a nice stay

Stayed one night and was very impressed from check in to departure. Received a warm and friendly welcome from Conor upon checking in. He was very informative and most obliging. The room and en suite exceeded my expectations. Had a very comfortable nights sleep with no noise disturbances. The house throughout was meticulously clean and smelt lovely too with mild fragrant candles. The lounge area was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with Tea/Coffee making facilities and choice of various cereals. Housekeeper was a very friendly lady the next morning too. Excellent value for money and certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or rebook.

100% recommend staying at the art house! Absolutely fantastic , the quirky design and style of this place is out of this world. Stayed here on my trip to belfast as we came to derry for 1 night. The hosts connor and colin are superb , so helpful and generous . i will definetly be back! if you are looking for a top class boujee place to stay look no further. loved everything about the place and the service from connor and colin was next to none really lovely people. Cant wait for my next visit!

The Art House was in a great location. Very walkable. Warm welcome upon arrival.

Exceeded my expectations, such a lovely small hotel/b&b that was decorated so well with every detail considered. Bed was very comfortable and room very quiet. Was a short downhill stroll (5min) to town. Uphill was a bit more extreme! Simple breakfast option. Was much more affordable than other options and prob much nicer!

If you come to Derry, you have to stay in Art or Jazz House. They are amazing. If you aren’t planning a trip to Derry, well plan one and come and stay here, or in fact, all of Clarence Properties look fabulous. You can’t miss out, easily the best. We scored them a 10 out of 10👍
