The view from our room was of the sidewall of a storage building, and a garden. The host never greeted us in person. It was impossible to know, when inside the room, if the room was locked or not to people outside the room. The bathroom door provided no acoustic privacy and was a slider and was unfinished on the bathroom side with no knob or handle. The room was clean and inexpensive and seemed to be in a safe location. The instruction to unlock the room door upon arrival, were inaccurate. The automated checkin process had my name, but someone else's email listed and was difficult to figure out.

Lovely welcome from Jimmy on our arrival. We were 3 couples and each had a lovely room with on suites. The beds comfortable and plenty of hot water. There was also a great garden room available to use that had a beautiful view as well as a small kitchen area.

The room is very small. The check in and check out was via a tablet. They do not provide breakfast. Our windows would not open and the area was very loud. Doors slamming and people knocking on doors at all hours. Bed was comfortable but I was glad we were only there one night. I would not go back.

I booked this bed & breakfast in the states before my long trip. A few days before I arrived for my stay I received an email from the owner stating that I booked at the room only rate and breakfast would cost extra. This in itself would be enough to make me want to cancel my stay as breakfast is in the name. However check in is done via entry code and a tablet because there is no staff on site so receiving the wrong room type then what I booked can not be fixed. So my nephew ended up sleeping on the floor. Also there is not complimentary bottled water as advertised and the TV is not 32" as advertised. I would recommend that you save yourself the trouble and book a different place for a better price than this so called B&B.

We selected this B&B for its location near family. It was less of a B&B and more of a lodge - we didn’t interact with any staff (entry to the building and room were both by keypad codes) and we didn’t have breakfast (not sure if it was offered?). The room was nice and the bathroom was clean and everything worked. Our only negative feedback was that despite the kind sign on the front door asking guests to not slam it, it literally slammed, really loudly, ever time someone entered or left, and we were in one of the two rooms next to the front door. Otherwise, a good stay, though impersonal.

We stayed at this place end of April via ***********. We found out that photos in Trip adviser and *********** are different. *********** is likely as it is but not when we stayed so I have to mention for not misunderstanding if one is interesting at this place. Dining and Living room are none. B&B is not at all. Kitchen is very small and table set is in poor quality. Owner gave lock numbers to open the main door but wrong info for bedroom. We call but no answer so we tried hard to open til found that it is not as said. In room having iPad that we can connect with owner, we can contact them at anytime. We had problem again in bathroom so send them message, keep waiting no response. The next morning is still none. They sent us message asking if we want breakfast for 25€ before we arrived. Fortunately we did not as kitchen is so small there is only small one round table and having other guests around with smoking smell not as nice as photo. Just to remind others for being careful.

I would highly recommend this hotel,the room had everything you needed ,very clean and spacious and the beds were so comfortable.the owers were absolutely lovely especially jimmy ,went out of his way to help us and talking his time to take me and my children to and from an venue we were booked into as it was raining ,then again ater for our evening meal ,such a true gentleman. Thankyou jimmy we really appreciated your kindness and we will definitely come back if we visiting londonderry again 😊

Overall disappointed with stay. Did not exude hospitality. The parking area was snug. Difficult access due to the narrow gate and lane with cars parked opposite entrance. We knew that no food was included in the booking but we were not aware that none was available. due to out of date NI Covid 19 regulations . Walls were thin and could hear what was going on in other rooms, toilet flush etc. The ensuite was small and the shower door opened out into the room making the floor wet (a concertina door might be better)and slow running drains. The room was not serviced during our four day stay, there was a accumulation of rubbish (trash) and wet towels were not changed ,heated towel rail not working. We only saw the Host once and he did not enquire if all was well. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Not a fan of keypad entry
