If I could give this place a negative 10 rating, I would. But hopefully, this review will be taken as such. We booked a 4-night stay here well in advance to find out after arriving at 2:20 am following several travel delays, that we had missed the check-in cut off time of 2 am. Since there was construction going on and there was no obvious entrance to the place, we had to call the front desk from the parking lot to allow us in from another entrance. We were told by the only staff member present that they won't be able to accommodate us simply because we were 20 minutes late. Upon asking if there were any rooms available at all since we did not have transportation and did not want to get stranded in the middle of the night, we were told that they were fully booked, hence making it perfectly clear that they had over-booked the hotel. On top of that, the person assisting us was extremely rude and kept repeating the same thing that we should not argue with her, even though we were only trying to ask clarifying questions. She refused to provide her manager information, other than an email which would not have helped in that situation. My husband and I are well-travelled people and never have we faced this level of not just terrible customer service but lack of emotional intelligence from a hospitality stand point. I would highly suggest going to a different place.
