Sea cliff's property was beautiful and my partner and I have an amazing time on the quiet property. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping came every morning. We do wish the air conditioner was more efficient and cooled the entire room, it only cooled one side. The lunch/dinner was great, it was a little expensive than usual. Free breakfast is included and that was a big plus. The staff was super attentive to our needs and super respectful.

Ideal location. Building is poorly maintained. Rotten eves, bathroom fixtures are loose, locks on doors are rusted and falling off. Unable to lock and secure doors properly. Books and magazines in the reception area needs to be dusted and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Sea Cliff hotel is situated in a nice spot in Portmore. The scenery was stunning; however, what let the hotel/resort down was that the room had only cold water, and all three rooms I booked had cold water. The restaurant was pricy and the food wasn’t great. The pool wasn’t cleaned covered in dead leaves etc. The receptionist was accommodating allow a fridge to be placed in one room, allowing us to keep our drinks cool. However, I don't think I would recommend staying here; maybe have drinks, look at the scenery, and leave.

Absolutely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend During Easter break, my family and I stayed at Sea Cliffs Resort, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, but that was the only positive part of our stay. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed that the door had a deadbolt that could only be locked with a key. This created an immediate inconvenience, as we were only given one working key forcing all of us to leave and return together at all times. The very next day, the lock stopped working entirely. We reported it right away, but it was not fixed until day three. In the meantime, we had to block the door with our suitcases just to feel safe, which is completely unacceptable. We were told delays were due to the holiday, but basic security should never be compromised. The room itself was extremely underwhelming. There was no TV, no dresser, and barely any storage space, just a small hanging area for clothes. The beds were average at best, offering little comfort. The bathroom situation was just as frustrating. The showerhead sprayed water in multiple directions instead of flowing properly, and the hot water barely worked. We had to turn on the sink and let it run just to trigger hot water in the shower only to be left with low water pressure. The food was another major letdown The food was another major letdown. Breakfast menu options was limited but it was freshly cooked just perfect and served with tea, water or fresh real fruit juice. the room was okey i have no complain because it is on the very edge of the sea.

Lovely sea Cliff view. Amenities could be upgraded but overall decent stay. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was good.

Really enjoyed my stay at Sea Cliff Resort, my room was comfortable with an ocean view. The staff was friendly and genuinely nice including the owner who I met on my last day. The vibe of this property is very Jamaican, relaxed an peaceful.

Very disappointing stay. The resort looked nothing like the photos online and the condition of the place was really poor. It felt run down and not well maintained at all. For the price we paid, the standard was far below what we expected. The whole experience was very underwhelming and I would not recommend staying here. Should have stayed 1 night rather than 3nights.
