卡班納旅館及套房(Cabana Inn & Suites)

Loved the fridge and the microwave that came with the room. The only thing that was an issue was the shower water kept coming out. Yet loved the stay and I would come again if the rates were as cheap as this time. The parking was right outside and I did not have to pay. I would have liked more toilet paper but overall the cost and room was alright for the price.

This was hands down the nastiest hotel I’ve ever visited. Dust everywhere, hair on the floor, dirty towels, dingy glass, and nasty smell!!! The smoke detector was missing and somehow was still BEEPING! I went to Walmart got supplies and cleaned it myself just to feel comfortable. I asked them for supplies and he brought windex to clean the whole place. I called to get the wifi password at 6:00pm and the attendant fell asleep on the phone, SNORING AND ALL! Never ever ever ever again!!!!!!!!

Room smelled of cigarette smoke, I was told no smoking in the room (I don’t smoke). Base boards dirty and appear to have splashes from a mop. Bath towels were stained and not close to even being soft, gentle. Toilet seat was worn out and discolored. Bed mattress was boxspring., very dated. The Jacuzzi tub was huge but the floors are not nonslip., very dangerous.

I will book this again! Great value for the price. The staff people are nice, the room was clean and the bed was clean and comfortable. They can do a better job on the towel situation, but really nice place over all. Highly recommended if you don't wanna spend a lot on a nice clean space!

Room was dirty , the pillows had make up smears on them, the comforter under the sheets had hairs and stains. I told the manager on site mike and he took a picture of how dirty the pillow was and he stated they wash the sheets daily but comforter once a week. The bed was really hard could feel the springs on it , I had to checked out because the room was so terrible. Will never be coming here again

I had to ask for New sheets and towels because they all had questionable stains on them. Had to wipe down the whole room with because it wasn’t properly cleaned and was super loud being in the Main Street with all the cars, and a car wash vacuum station directly out the window making noise at 7:30 AM

We stayed in a "suite" on the first floor in the corner of this motel. The room was dirty, and we did not feel comfortable walking barefoot on the floors. The bathroom felt more like a public restroom than a personal bathroom. There was one window and a patio window that all faced a tiny patio area that was covered. The table and chair were covered in dirt. The patio area looked like it faced a construction site. Because of this, there was no natural light in the room. It felt like staying in a basement. We also found hard candy on the floor in the corner of one of the rooms. Not sure what any of the other rooms looked like, but based on this experience, I would not bring my family back to this inn.

We moved there from inn of Long Beach which was the worst I have ever seen. The cabana inn and suits were all renovated clean rooms with very friendly staff. Worth it. And I’m sure the prices were higher due to the festival in the area.

Someone from the property knocked on our door at 9am to ask if we we’re leaving at check out time? Never experienced this before, super unprofessional
