My father-in-law booked 3 rooms here, and they were all excellent. Service staff were all extremely accommodating and very polite and engaging. There was an issue with the fire alarm during our stay where it repeatedly went off. The staff was very prompt at handling the entire situation, from customer service and answering our questions, to ensuring the proper technicians were immediately contacted to fix the problem. The maintenance employee, Jeff demonstrated FANTASTIC customer service. This is normally unheard of from maintenance employees in my experience, but Jeff set a precedent that customer service is always important! Jeff took great care of us, setting us up with management for alternative last minute booking accommodations at a nearby hotel (Springfield Suites, I believe) so that we could avoid being woken up in the middle of the night if the fire alarm were to inadvertently be triggered. Jeff thoroughly explained the issue with the system to us, repeatedly apologized, made me feel heard and understood, empathized with us, and handled the issue with professional courtesy that exceeded my expectations. I hope Jeff will get the recognition he deserves as a great employee and a valuable asset to this hotel and Marriott in general. Jeff, if you see this, thank you again many times over for your excellent service and personable skills. You’re a fine man employee and any employer should feel fortunate to have you on-hand. We changed rooms twice due to cramped conditions in a room with a bedroom. We asked for a handicapped accessible room away from highway noise. We were given Room 116. It had a small bed (cramped for two). But it did have safety bars in the bathtub area Housekeeping changed sheets on the fourth day of our stay, at our request. Towels were also provided. Unfortunately, a generator outside the bedroom kicked on at 5 a.m. one morning. It sounded like a pneumatic drill trying to cut bedrock. Our night's sleep was over. We alerted the front desk to a loose door handle in the bathroom and problems with curtains off their hooks. it does not appear that the hotel checks rooms between rentals. The microwave worked but we didn't use the coffee maker. It looks like it needs a good cleaning. Free breakfast and parking goes with the rental.

I have been staying at this particular residence Inn for 14 years in the past couple years it was starting to look a little tired but my last visit I got one of the newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful. The front desk personnel are always friendly and helpful and the even the guest themselves are very nice. There are many restaurants in the area that are top-notch and my favorite place to do a little grocery shopping right across the road at sprouts

If you have to be away from home for the holidays, why not bring the holidays with you!? With a cute, fictional, full size kitchen- it's easy to bake those Christmas cookies! Then curl up in front of the fireplace and watch the hallmark channel! Tis' the season! The front desk staff is sweet & the beds are comfy, looking forward to celebrating with Residents Inn this year!

Cameron the maintenance engineer is amazing. I'm a long term stay and when something needed repair in my room he was there that day. But what is also incredible is that a few days later he saw me in the lobby and followed up with me to make sure everything was good. An incredible employee that should be recognized by management and Marriott.

The front desk woman, Julie, was incredibly unfriendly and wouldn't let me check in because we used my husband's Bonvoy account be cause he had the points and my account didn't, and Marriott won't let you merge. It was under my email, I had my ID, I have a Bonvoy credit card and I tried to change the name but it wouldn't let me. She said I should have called and I actually tried 3 times and no answer. She had me call my husband out of a work meeting and have him call the hotel so he could give me approval, as a 53 year old woman, to use his points. Worst customer service I have ever received and I travel a lot. Then she put me int he worst room next tot he freeway. DO NOT stay at this Marriott!!!

Fantastic staff. Extremely friendly. Basketball court, gym, walking paths make for a great active stay. Room was clean and modern. Located next to many restaurants and shops if you forgot to pack something. The breakfast was good for a continental.

The desk manager Julie was the best we've ever experienced. She accommodated our needs for a quiet room with a view and she was so friendly. She would address us by name whenever she saw us arrive or leave and offer help. The Marriott is very lucky to have her.

Nice staff, good room. My only complaint is that they charged $5/day for parking, and I wasn't told. The lot wasn't remotely full, and the hotels are in an unncrowded part of town, so that seemed ridiculous. Breakfast was excellent.

The good: Spacious rooms ALL the employees are super nice Comfortable beds The bad: Not the cleanest Super flimsy doors that people are slamming constantly Uncomfortable pillows Terrible lighting...they tried to compensate with tons of lamps...still not great Had black out curtains but there was a gap away from the window and let it a lot of light from the sign and parking lot lights particular room was close to parking lot and noisy. Breakfast the same everyday If you're staying for a night or two it's fine but longer than that probably go somewhere else, especially if you need sleep. It's newly remodeled but gives motel 6 vibes. Sometimes you just need to throw the whole thing away and start over. I hate the inconsistency of the Marriott brand.

Property is showing signs of wear. The linens and bed are worn. Our bed had several broken springs that poked us, forcing my husband to sleep on a couch. We were offered a total credit of $25 for 3 nights of the inconvenience. We were also not told that you must request housekeeping in order to have the room cleaned. Poor customer service.

Kirstin at the front desk helpful beyond just doing her job I dumped my motorcycle in the parking lot she checked on me to make sure I was OK great caring staff I would stay here again or any Residence Inn

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at the Longmont Residence Inn Marriott. We had 1 room with 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a pull out couch in the living room/kitchen area and another room with 1 bedroom and a pullout couch in a smaller kitchenette area. Our rooms where very clean with everything one would in for making meals in your room. The morning and evening front desk staff Julie and Kirstin where very knowledgeable and accommodating. They offered us the dinning room area for our group to gather for pizza one evening. They even supplied us with paper plates and plasticware. When we need Tylenol and they where out in their store market they called around to three 3 different area hotels to find us some. They truly went out of there way to make us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend staying here!

The Staff for this hotel and the Marriotts adjacent to it are amazing! Super helpful and happy to do it. Small amount of patience needed since they’re finishing up renovations but they’re really good at helping you with what you need.
