阿倫敦利哈伊谷德爾塔酒店(Delta Hotels Allentown Lehigh Valley)

Se supone que yo renté una habitación a prueba de ruidos, y podía escuchar todo lo que los de la habitación de al lado hablaban. Se lo dije a la recepcionista y no hizo nada. Tampoco había control remoto para la televisión y también se lo dije a la recepcionista y supuestamente no tenía disponible.

First time staying at a Delta hotel. Reasonable price, staff was polite and helpful, room was perfect for the night. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 star was because there could have been a little more attention to the cleanliness of the room, for example the baseboards in bathroom and the windows. This will be the hotel that I stay during my next visits to the area.

Location to highway system a huge plus. My visit was brief, two night stay over - days basically running out - doing - then end of day place my head on the pillow - next morning out again. The only enjoyment time I had, was their spacious shower - excellent!

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Only problem was I requested a king with a sofa-bed (mainly so I would have a comfortable place to sit) and when I checked in I received a room with no sofa, just a standard king bed. The price of the rooms was the same, and it was late at night when I arrived and I didn't feel like complaining and moving rooms.

I submitted a review to the hotel directly and never got a response. The front desk person was rude, aloof, and bad mouthing other guests to us at check in. We reserved a king bed room, and she wasn’t able to tell us if we got that or something else, then said “it doesn’t matter hahah”. Turns out we did not get a king bed room. What we did get was a room where the bedding had not been changed because it all smelled like horrible body odor, and a bathroom whose sliding show door didn’t stay closed thereby making a mess and soaking the entire floor, which we then had to clean up.

Overall was nice property but the parking area was huge and quite a walk if you have any challenges with walking. It would be best to drop off your luggage at the door. The pillows smelled like moth balls ( or maybe it was just the smell in the room, not sure but it was unpleasant). The staff are friendly and smiling . The ice machine stayed empty I guess because of a large gathering that was booked at the hotel. The fitness room was nice. I think this hotel is okay for a large group but maybe for travelers on the road it is just average. It was very noisy. We were there for 3 nights, first day our room was serviced but after that….nothing. It was just confusing because I thought the room was going to be serviced on the second day ( not our checkout day), and it wasn’t. Like I said, just confusing about what to expect. I had put wet towels on the floor thinking they would be removed so when we got back to the room that evening I had wet towels still on the bathroom floor. Not a big deal as I would have gladly hung them up if I had known the room wasn’t going to be serviced. The staff were friendly and I am sure they would have brought more towels but it was late and I didn’t call the front desk. Also, the side door closest to the parking area without having to go around to the front lobby was not working adding to an even longer walk. The staff did inform us the door was broken.

I did not like this hotel, due that it was not what it shows on the internet. Plus there was no king size handicap equiped. No microwave or mini fridge and by being owned by Marriott i don't think so Marriotts are not known like this..it was noisy.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t really like the sliding barn door for the bathroom, it left a pretty big gap which felt like no privacy. The area outside the 1st floor door was very dirty and even though there were signs posted that said no smoking there were cigarette butts all over the ground. Looking past those two things we had a good 1 night stay at the hotel.

My biggest issue was that the reservation was made with breakfast for two, but the Hotel did not honor this ********** Offer. We were not given vouchers and had to leave the property to get breakfast. They also tried to charge me for an additional day and it took 2 calls to get it corrected.
